5/12/2022 Final update, changed to 5 star for the customer service, they did try, not sure exactly why but apparently The replacement lights aren't showing up via shipping from Amazon. So we went one more step and I got a refund for one of the lights,🤔 even though I actually own two pro1000's. That's okay I guess. 🤷 they kept up their end of the deal, So, so will I. Sad though, I would have really liked to give the new style lights a try. 5-4-2022UPDATE, someone from Bestva contacted me, we've exchanged a few emails... They say they are fixing the problem and offered to make it right with me... 7 days ago now they said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days.. still nothing... Today I sent an email to find out about tracking, and received honestly quite a disturbing reply. Stating basically that I needed to change my review before being refunded. Uhhhh, but, that wasn't even what our resolution was at all🤷. That message was followed closely with another reply stating that it was an incorrect reply... "I'm waiting for successful resolution before changing anything, I'm not in a habit of granting gold stars for words alone." Original Review: I've used then for a minute now, and, honestly I wish I had gotten the higher wattage🤷 to get the right par it says it should be 24" to 36" off the canopy, however it needs to be much closer to get good penetration. They do seem cool but I own 2 of these and I should have either got another one or, the bigger one🤷 hell I dunno... Even the listed information is wrong it says it's got the Samsung Lm301B diodes in the headline of all the bestva lights. HOWEVER, it turns out the info on the par that's listed in so the ad's, is for the Samsung Lm301H, 🤔👎 Information from Samsung ->((((The 301D comes in at an efficiency rating of 2.75, While the 301B moved to 2.92, The 301H leads the group at whopping 3.1) Soooooo, as you can see👆these are in fact inferior diodes to what is advertised🤨👎🤨👎🤨. I may just trade these off🤷 But, I guess I learned to read the ad's better also.. So, consider yourselves warned.....thanks for the lesson👎👎👎👎🤷

This light is amazing very good quality. The design is perfect, dissipates heat extremely well hardly gets warm at all. Adjustable knob which clicks when it hits zero or you turn it off. Slim design lots of light and it comes with everything you need to set up from the ceiling, very happy that they include a rope so you can adjust the height of the grow light from your plants. Hopefully this is enough reviews for which I'll start getting free stuff from Amazon to review.

Fits our 16" shelf great with some light leftover! And great light, the plants love them. A fan would be nice but they have models with fans, this will help keep the plants downstairs warm in the winter which was our concern. Great functionality, great light color. Nice and bright and easily distinguishable colors. I wish there were click rest at the power spinner. To stop at say 20%,40%,60%,80%,100%. Or even visible notches. But otherwise love it, so do the plants.

There’s not much to say it’s a great LED light if you’re looking for something for a small environment I’m using it in a 24“ x 24“ x 32“ tall area. It’s a great light. It says it’s 300 W capacity but only gives off 98 W of electricity so it’s a great little light Simple on and off switch and a dial to make it dimmable. You can’t go wrong and as I’ve mentioned in other reviews, you can simply plug it into a smart outlet, and then it becomes a timer and you can control the light remotely if needed without putting it in on an old mechanical timer that’s outdated.

I have a few pros and cons about this light cons: I bought this light to start my pepper plants early (zone5b) because our growing season is so short and im doing super hot peppers i have to start them 10 wks before last frost this light hangs so low i cant even use the included height pulley. it leaves me with little to no space in my growing area for anything else and forget it if the plants get more than 5 in tall it will scald your leaves even with a dimmed setting ive had to prematurely remove some of my plants cause they were touching the light now for the pros: this light is amazing for the price point and it outpreforms 100x even my older grow lights even at 50% light. One of the best 100w lights ive ever owned. My plants are so happy while they are under the light, but, the length of the cables included makes it very difficult to keep my plants under it for a long period of time but forget about this light if you have limited vertical growing space ****update to 5* for the amazing customer service they offered to send me a replacement light plus a full refund to update my review it has helped tremendously and i thank the customer support for 10/10 service
