I have had this machine for a few months now. It replaced my name old brand machine which got noisey and developed problems. This machine is made in Italy; it's quieter than my old machine and makes delicious coffee. I use the Bestpresso brand coffee which is roasted in Spain and sells for about 1/3 the price of the name brand. Excellent espresso and coffee blends. The decaf variety is great too.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this just over a year ago and it has always been really loud... As of the last 5 months or more the pour isn't as strong as it use to be; it's literally a slight trickle. When it's done pouring the loung pour, I don't not even get a single shot. I recently noticed that the water doesn't seem to be making it all the way to the pour spout, as the catchtray is filling up with the espresso that is not making it to my cup. I've even tried poking extra holes in the pod to help with water flow (maybe there wasn't enough room for the water to actually flow properly...?), but that did not help. I did purchase the warranty, but it was never shipped. I would not recommend buying this product as it has not worked properly since about 6 months into use, it's noisy, and it is wasting the majority of the espresso I'm paying for!!!

I wanted a Nespresso machine but I did not want to fork up that much money towards one. I found this combo with 120 bestpresso brand pods for $100. I am extremely satisfied with the machine. It is easy to use and works well. Also, the coffee actually tastes GREAT! I would def recommend!

Got this for seasonal beach house . Sometimes the pod gets crushed and doesn't work so you lose a pod and it's very loud. Since it doesn't get heavy use, it works for me. I don't know how it would hold up with daily heavy use.

The first machine they sent us didn't work at all. Then they sent a 2nd machine that partially works. Pressing brew, gives you 1 oz of coffee, so to get even a small cup of coffee, you must stand there and keep repeating the brew action. All this with the volume of a leaf blower in the kitchen. The pods are close to Nespresso in taste and much less costly.

We have had 2 of these. Both had the exact same thing go wrong. We used this minimally, and still broke both handles. The handles are attached with plastic that in a year or less just breaks away. I will not invest any more dime into this brand of machine. This is a very cheap design. The cappuccino is great once a week for the last year on both machines, but they really should make the attachment of the handle with a metal that can hold up over time since it's in an environment of moisture and heat during every use. Buy another brand and do yourself a big favor. I sure am now.

I was looking for something small since I don't have a lot of counter space. This is the perfect size, it's so discreet and works perfectly. Espresso is nice and hot. Don't pay top dollar for Nespresso, the coffee is always warm and never hot enough for me. Some people say this is noisy but it doesn't bother me since it works so great.
