When I bought my house, I was quoted 2K for a 20 foot fence installation and ended up buying this product after some research. I used it outside for five months straight in snow and rain. I do recommend it, but the gate would last less than a year, if using it outdoors. Cons: The biggest design flaw was the stakes. They were too short and too skinny to provide enough support. I ended up having to buy additional staple stakes to increase the fence integrity After four months of outdoor use, the gate started rusting and started becoming harder to open Pros: The metal seems sturdy It stood up to my 40 pound puppy and I was never nervous about it breaking. It looks nice Easy to install, adjust, and remove. It took me maybe 25 minutes to install and less than 10 to remove. I’m using this fence right now to keep the dogs out of the garden area in the back of my yard. My plan after that is to take it camping so that the dogs don’t have to stay on leashes and they’ll have plenty of play room outside of the camper. This must have been designed in China, because I’m sure that very slim and small sized people can easily fit through the tiny gate. I turn sideways and “ease” (squeeze) my way into my garden and back out so that I don’t take the fence down with me. I may just decide to keep one of the panels with a makeshift catch on it so that I can go in and out without as much effort. But, it looks really nice and it’s functioning as I intended it to. I decided to return the fence. I’m tired of wedging my way into my garden and back out again I suppose if this had been a short fence then I could just step through but I ordered the 40 inch height and you have to fit your body through that one. Not worth the hassle. Got to say… The packing 110 pound package for return is not an easy task but, a necessary one I will lose the $30 in shipping off of my refund but, I’m not happy with the product. ... show more

We absolutely love this thing! The bars are narrow enough to keep my 3-week old Airedale pups (all 9 of them) inside. The manufacturer has fixed the problem with the sharp rods that other reviewers noted. ALL vertical rods extend to the outer frame and are welded there. I see NO sharp edges. We got the 40" tall version that can keep our 70 Lb Airedale mom inside without her jumping out. The gate is a bit narrow for humans but not impossible to transit if you turn sideways. Airedale mom has no problem entering and exiting. We started off with a 6 panel (out of 16) setup on a tile floor and a thick fabric puppy pad. Cleanup is a breeze - way cleaner than the kiddie pool we were using for a welping box. We will add additional panels (of the 16 we bought) as the pups get bigger. The door latch is easy to use. Flip it fully vertical and slide it left to lock the door. Slide it right to unlock it. Flip it fully down in either locked or unlocked position to prevent it from changing lock modes. This ain't rocket surgery. If you have mellow dogs, the top door latch should be sufficient. If they are more rambunctious then you might want to use both latches. We are impressed with the quality, ease of assembly and expandability of this enclosure. One person can easily assemble it. Buy this thing! You won't be disappointed! ... show more

I have seen so many of these while camping. Let me tell you, This is the best dog pen gated system I have seen. My 2 dogs love it, and so do we. 40 inches high. We purchased these for our RV camping to allow our two dogs to come out and rome a bit without fear of them running off or bothering others. this is 3 ft tall and good for our 60 lb dog. the assembly can be a bit difficult as you must hold the two sections together line up the holes and slide that small wire into the holes at the top and bottom. if your ground is not level it can be an issue. but once together it is a nice pen for your dogs. the doors are raised so pick up your feet to get in. these doors are a bit small and it would be nice it they were 6 inches wider. ... show more

I just finished putting up my fencing around my RV lot. The resort I reside in does not allow for permanent fixtures so this fencing was perfect. The fencing looks great and installs easily and quickly. My only complaint is the width of the gate is relatively narrow. My dogs fit through with no problem but I have to turn sideways which can be difficult at times. A wider gate would make this a perfect fence. ... show more
