I bought this for my 3 chihuahuas to live in. It was way bigger than I was expecting, which is good!!! It was fairly easy to put together as well and I did it by myself. Only the roof was a little tricky. I've been testing it out before letting my dogs live in there and I must say that those vents do nothing for air circulation. I recommend cutting into the vent slots and widening the hole. I put a reflective tarp on the roof of the house to keep extra heat away from it. I will be buying a fan or portable air conditioner to go inside of it to further cool down my dogs. I might add a window on the side. As it stands, this is a great house, just lacks insulation.

I was so hopeful that my dog would actually go into her dog house. It took a wee bit of time, patience, and treats. On one of the pics I submitted, you could see it’s cloudy and drizzling outside and she found comfort and security in the dog house yayyyy! Easy to assemble. Make sure you use screws in package. It’s not very heavy so use enclosed stakes to add addition “stay put” security during very high windy times to ease your concerns. **Hazel is 35 pounds, medium build… the large house is perfect for her. Hope this review helps. I initially was a skeptic…. But it worked out for us.

I bought 2 of these for the stray cats outdoors. The seagulls keep swooping down and eating all their food. In Fl. the summer months it rains daily and the dry food gets ruined so this was the perfect solution to both problems. But as I was putting the dog house together (watch the video for assembly) My fur babies indoor wanted to play in it. They couldn't wait to check it out. Now I feel bad. I never thought to get them one their strictly indoor cats. Well it looks like I will be ordering one more of these for my own cats so they can have an indoor "playhouse". And I'm not a bad Mommie getting something for the stray outdoor cats and not for them. Shame for sure!!!

I have 4 cats. One of them is 30 lbs and we struggle to find hiding spots for him. Recently he's taken to going into his covered litter box and just laying there which is not great at all. So I found this and hoped it would work for him. It absolutely does! It can fit both him and another one of his 10 - 15 pound brothers! I just put it together and it's already a hit! Thinking I'll buy the biggest size for our dog next and trash the wire crate!

It was a little difficult to put together. The video is too far away. Pleanty of room for my turtle 8.5 inch wide about a foot long. Just put it together so havent had it long enough to know if there are amy negatives

So we use this indoors because our boys are spoiled! They love hanging out in it and it is indestructible so far! It is huge ( we got the biggest one and two dogs can fit in it ( 70 lbs and 25 lbs) It took two people to assemble but it wasn’t hard at all!
