This is a shimmer and matte set which is what I was looking for. The eyeshadow sets have a great range of color for both day and nighttime use. The powder goes on soft with a supple texture and last all day or night (a little goes a long way). There is no stickiness or clumpiness. Nice natural colors but too many that appeared a too cartoon-y on my fair skin. I don't use the metallic shades because it draws attention to flaws and really only use the medium brown, black and cream colors
