If the TV stand didn’t come out looking so great I would rate poorly. This is my second time trying to purchase this item and it’s been frustrating all because no one tells you it comes in 2 separate shipments! My first time returning the item luckily I got a call from Bestier’s Customer Service to ask why I returned the item and they were able to provide me my 2 fed ex tracking numbers for my second order of this TV stand. The scariest part is they deliver one part and mark your order as complete. My 5 star for ease of putting together might be misleading because we had an advantage of having a couple who loves all of the screws and panels to put together. So, the ease of putting together was easy for us since we didn’t have to assemble. But, I will say that if I had to out it together, it might not have gotten 5 stars, due to the work that is required, but because there are instructions that are easy to follow, it definitely would get a lot of stars. The stand is very sturdy and nice extras such as remote and options for colors are 100% on point. The price is excellent for what you get. ... show more

The heater functions okay... it does come up with an error sometimes, even if you haven't used it in a while so it's not from over heating. We have to unplug it for 5 minutes to reset. I did read online that if it keeps happening the company will ship us a part to replace. The LED lights only lasted about a month, we use them 5 or 6 times during chiefs games. We've tried everything to get them back on but they no longer work. I think for the price we paid (great sale) it was worth it but it isn't really what I thought. At first glance, looking at it to buy, it pretty much looked 1 color. Look carefully though... the wood pieces are 3 different colors. I don't like that aspect of it. The frame is a basically a light gray. The top is a brownish gray, and the bottom is black. I dislike the most.... the look of the bottom where the fake fire appears. Most of these entertainment systems they make it look like fake logs. This one, it looks like chunks off clear ice or something. If that alone was changed, it would drastically appear nicer. It just looks like cheap clear plastic and isn't very appealing at all. I've thought about taking it a part to paint it just on the outside edges of the pieces, so it looks better but the fake flames will still appear. I think the flames are made from the chunks of plastic, like the rays bounce off to make the flame look so I can't just paint all of the clear pieces. ... show more

We received our TV stand and fireplace and loved it. It took my husband a few hours to install but the instructions were very helpful. The item looks beautiful in our living room and the heat the fireplace gives off if wonderful. Here in Florida it can get cold but not cold enough to have your heat on all the time. This fireplace fits our needs and looks beautiful to boot. The play on lights contrasting the fireplace is just lovely. We did have a little snag on a clicking sound but the seller contacted me almost immediately and sent me links on how to resolve the issue. They were courteous, quick and very considerate.
