The pictures made this look beautiful and it is but it is definitely a little cheaper made quality wise as you can see in some of my photos which is disappointing. Also there were NO REVIEWS on this when I purchased. First the pros: super organized with the parts and labeling. Love that! All parts AND hardware were labeled perfectly. The instructions are fairly clear. No written instructions but the picture instructions are better than MOST ive dealt with. The look is astheically pleasing and its easy to hook up. Cons: cheaply made material. The top which is supposed to be a marble look looks more grey and or blue with the marbling effect which was a bummer. The fireplace crystals came with lots of broken ones. Luckily I was able to hot glue them back into place. Moving this thing to put together before you put the support bottom on is TRICKY! As you can see it broke off a part and I had to try to glue it back together. Its not super sturdy either. Make sure you hammer the wood dowels deep in the holes before you put any connecting piece on or it will cause gaps and bows. Overall we are happy with it. Not sure about longevity and if we ever had to move this piece how stable it would be but its doing the purpose for now! ... show more

Es la peor compra me estoy mudando y divorciando decidí comprar este mueble que me iba con mi decoración estaba súper emocionada hasta que me llegó pague$150 aparte para que alguien me lo instalara y cuando terminaron le faltaban todo las partes de atrás está transparente y la chimenea ni funciona parried paper llame 6 veces me dijeron que tenía que comunicarme con ellos lo hice y nada denegaron mi petición nunca se les ocurran comprar con esta compañía es un fraude . ... show more

So far this heater works well, and really is beautifull. It was also packaged well. My only complaint is that it took two strong men to carry it into the house. Our delivery people had to leave it in the grass in my front yard, because they couldn't get it up my stairs. It also comes in many (many) pieces. It's very complicated to put together, and will take atleast full 1 day to assemble. My husband worked on electronics in the airforce, and it still took him hours to assemble (with me finding the parts.) Lay everything out first, because they are not packaged in the order you assemble them in. Otherwise I am totally impressed. The heater is fantastic! It had no scratches,and lots of extra parts.
