The media could not be loaded. Box was perfect when delivered but the Led unit was broken. It took about 2 months and multiple emails to get replacement parts. I left a 1star review which isn't posted. But once I did the parts finally showed up. It's a good value for the price.

Fire place didn’t work , been waiting for a replacement I basically paid 300 for a regular tv stand. Asked me to take it apart which took 5gra to put together !

I was nervous as the reviews were mixed but mine came perfect. No damage, all the holes aligned where they were suppose to. I put it together by myself and timed it and it took me 2 hours and 21 minutes. Everything works great and it looks great.

I got thus for my tv and gaming system im not much of a person to use heaters but i loved the flame display so for me its perfect it was very easy to put together and the instructions are very easy to follow along. I do advise using nail gun and wood glue to make even stronger for durability i always do with items such as these this entertainment center makes home feel cozy i highly recommend it ... show more
