They product its self was packaged right..vacuum sealed bag..the coat is warm n comfy..only problem I had was the zipper..if the coat is not aligned right it will not zip up correctly..you have to pull it to be straight so that it will zip..maybe I gotta defect..I almost returned it but I think I can manage it..other than that the coat is a good buy and will not break your pockets

I definitely ordered the charcoal and black and I definitely received a light Grey and Heather. I'm bummed out because it's a Christmas gift. And the color I received is not in the recipients personal wardrobe color scheme. I'm returning it. :-( I would have preferred to have been notified that the color ordered was not available then for the sender to have made the assumption I would want it in the color they sent. It looks nice, quality feels good. Does not look as "puffer" as the pics in the product description photos.

Pros: -very warm -fits well and is comfortable. -stylish and sharp looking Cons: -bulkier than it looks but not overbearing -not made to last, stitches are already starting to pop after 2 weeks. Not a bad purchase though. Pretty good for the price, and It will keep me warm for the next few months 😀
