I put off using this kit because I thought it would be hard. I finally broke down and did it. It's fantastic (and easy)! My printer is as good as new. I make sure I run a quick print job every week or so, hopefully that will alleviate any future issues.

Good value, a lot of ink came off head but made zero difference, same streaks and missing lines. Edit The company offered me an unsolicited refund, which I won't claim. Just to be clear this DOES clean the print heads on my Epson eco tank printer. The little adapters fit nicely, Unfortunately I still have missing lines which probably means it is an ssue beyond just a cleaning ... show more

    • great product but not enough to flush and clean completely
Surprisingly, this cleaner worked really well on my HP T520 plotter. I like the extra sponge pads that can carefully clean the printhead. However, the tiny small amount of solution they provide is not enough. They really need to provide twice as much solution, and then I’d say this is really worth it. For my plotter printhead, I didn’t have enough solution to flush and clean it completely, and so I found that a bit frustrating. I’m ok with the $10 price tag, but (like I said) they need to include either a second bottle of solution or 1 bottle that is 2x as big. ... show more

This product is excellent. My print head was successfully unclogged and I now have a perfectly working printer. Deserves more than 5 stars.

    • Ruin my printer. I does not print anymore.
Followed the instructions and even watched the video. But afterwards, printer does not print anymore, even after running for a while to get ink flowing. Even submitted an email for help (as the offer) but no response. Oh well, bought another printer.

    • Easy to use
I like the tip nozzle so I can just do drops into the printing cap instead of keep using syringe. Those attachments are good for the future.
