I had to send back the mattress was picked up by their company they sent told me I would have my money within 2 to 3 hrs from time mattress was picked up.. been two weeks still no money in my acct. This is a great mattress, and it does sink in a lot while sleeping but is always back in shape quickly. It does take the full 72 hours to raise to the full 14 inches. Can Amazon or Mellow Change the reviews section to be separated for the bed frames and the Mattress. They are giving a 4.5 stars and the Mattress should be a 5 Stars. It is the best and only one on Amazon that is the best. Please and Thank You🥰 So I had this mattress for about two weeks now I say it is firm not to zone but that's OK.
