Why did you pick this product vs others?: I recently adopted a cat with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (wobbly cat syndrome). She can't really climb or jump, so I opted for this scratching ramp. It took he a little bit of time, but with some catnip for encouragement, she is now scratching on it like a champ! Yay! Looks nice: Other than the practicality of this item, I like the look of it. Build quality: It is sturdy and well made. Safety: Safety for our little disabled girl was the highest priority and this item fits the bill. Color: I like the soft neutral color. Ease of assembly: No assembly was required.

My cats & fosters love scratching on it. My one cat even uses it as a lounger (resting half his body on the incline). Sat it outside for a few days as the wood (pine) smell was very strong, but after that no problems. Size is just right from kitten to an adult. Very easy on the eyes as well.
