If you have trouble sleeping, take this stuff. It will help, but if you need to go to work or get anything done, be careful you might not be able to function the next day. This stuff works too well. It basically knocks me out. I usually am up in the middle of the night going to the bathroom, but not when I take this. I wake up as if I haven't moved the entire night. I sleep so deeply I feel like I've been hit by a truck the next day. Unfortunately, I can't continue to take it because I can't hold my head up to function the next day. I took it last night and this morning at 9:30 I HAD to sleep. I thought, "I'll just take a little nap." I didn't wake up until after 1 p.m. after sleeping all night. I will say that I am a redhead and medication does impact us differently. I am also very sensitive to caffeine and everything. I usually take a child's dose when I take things because of how they impact me. ... show more

MIght help make you feel more relaxed, calm, and help with sleep. Looks like it has Bioperine in it, because I emptied a capsule and I see black dots like another formula I have that has it listed as an ingredient. So why not list it?
