I started this product with the assumption it would help regulate my thyroid (as I have some thyroid issues). While I did not realize this product was the issue for a while, I got VERY sick from it. I was totally fine for about two weeks, but THEN I got the worst diarrhea + vomiting that I've ever had. I did not realize it was this product for a few weeks. I would be at work and suddenly feel nauseous, run to the bathroom...Had to leave work multiple times because every time I came back from the bathroom, I would have to run right back. Each episode lasted at least four hours. I would go home and sit on the toilet with a bowl in front of me for hours. Puking until I was repeatedly puking bile. The diarrhea...You honestly do not want to know. But it was horrible. All this would happen about two-three hours after I took it. I thought I was pregnant, or dying. I've heard that Ashwaganda itself indeed can be very helpful, but this particular product absolutely was not. And it did enough damage for me to never want to try it again. Would recommend being VERY careful with this product.

I have really bad anxiety and with the lockdown, I found myself getting very upset and gaining weight.. so I started this and have been feeling so much more calm and relaxed. I find it does have a taste to it but it doesn't last long. Overall it works great and will continue to order it monthly. I highly recommend it to others who feel the need, also to my family who experience a high level of stress.

I've never taken Ashwagandha before, so at a friends insistence, I started to take it along with my wife. After 2 weeks I started getting severe headaches. I thought it was due to being dehydrated, so started drinking even more water to no avail. At first, I felt really relaxed and great.

This product does seem to help with stress and anxiety. I originally bought this product because of low energy and thought my thyroid might need help. Well, it didn't help much with my energy levels, but it did bring great relief from anxiety attacks. I still get the anxiety attacks, but they are much milder and controllable and I no longer experience uncontrollable bouts of sweating. Now I can push the feelings of anxiety into the back of my mind and get on with life.

I like this brand of ashwagandha. I had purchased Best Naturals brand before. I was pleased with the results. I experience ALOT of stress from night shift work. But since I started using the Best Naturals brand, my stress level has been lower. The capsules are easy to swallow. There is no flavor. And the value of the product is great.

This will sound weird, but I'm 78 years old and started taking these last week. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm remembering names of people I haven't thought of for many, many years. Nothing in my daily regimen has changed except for my taking these three times a day, so I must attribute this lovely turn of events to the Ashwagandaha. A man in his 60's (who looks 20 years younger) told my husband and me about the benefits of Ashwagandha a few years ago. Hubby started taking them last year, and because I thought we took too many vitamins and supplements already, I didn't add them to my personal inventory of pills, but for some reason I decided to give them a try, and I'm very happy I did. Again, it sounds weird, but, what the heck!
