Have dreaded grinding for years, have used allot of different hand grinders, hard on the hands, gum up, difficult to clean. This one is really good, it's quick and effective. I put a reasonable amount of peanut sized bud in a circle with space in the middle and outside edge, 2 or 3 pulses and I get a really nice even grind. Clean-up is easy, just use alcohol and an old tooth brush, loosen everything up, then wipe with a paper towel, done. I now don't mind grinding, great product, must have, would absolutely recommend. No Brainer.

This electric device has been a HUGE time saver! It is easy to use and charge, while being fairly small and compact for use/storage. Time and time again, this little guy proves his might and power. The one and only issue I have run into causing the grind action to halt is if the flower is too large of a piece. Break that piece into two or three and it will be smooth sailing! Don't hesitate. If you 'garden' on a regular basis, you will only regret not buying this sooner!!!

innovation like this seems few and far between these days. thankfully, I found this thing. tired of silly grinders that get all gunked up and don't turn? buy this. just buy it. give them your freaking money. it is simple and does the job well with a lovely loft, instead of mashing the herb. I haven't charged it yet and purchased in Sept. I grind about 7 grams per day. takes less than 15 seconds to grind now. considering the fact that it's only 45-55 bucks, it's cheaper than most metal gimmicks. the built in tray is nice, and the ball and chain whacker can be replaced cheaply. there is very little that isn't considered in the design. I can only assume that version 2 will be smaller, as that is the only thing I can come up with, but it just sits on the table so really who cares. it's like the size of a soda/pop can. i am picky, go read my other reviews. I bought several more for friends and got a personal thank you from the owner as well. fantastic all around!

Works as well as claimed. Have only run moderate quantities through it, but cleaning has yet to be an issue; and looks to pretty much continue that way, medium term. Seems very robust. I selected the version with a spare chain (50% svgs). Works well with the Wakit Keef Catcher (also avail/Amazon). Expecting battery life to be excellent. Try running it upside down (covered, of course): load fairly heavily with media less than 3/8 to 1/2" dia.; press down/run until assumes higher pitch. Output is surprisingly uniform. Then, I dump it in the Keef Catcher. Makes for media that packs well (if that's of value to you); and catches a lot of keef, for later. Highly Recommend.

I purchased this because, even though I don’t like to admit it, I am getting older, and along with that comes all the various and sundry ailments that go with “old age”, such as arthritis. Using a hand operated grinder just isn’t as easy, at times, as it used to be. I put it off for as long as I could, arguing with myself, going back and forth, but finally I just couldn’t anymore, so I started my research, reading reviews, flipping back and forth between Amazon and Google. I finally settled on this one. I have to say I was surprised when I took it out of the box because it was fully charged. That made me happy. The first time I used it I wasn’t sure exactly how long to grind my herb, whether I should use a steady grind or short taps, or WHAT I should do, so I just experimented. Luckily, I started out with just a couple of VERY short taps, because that’s all it took! This thing is FAST & fabulous! I’ve had it since January 8th, and I do really love it! I haven’t had to recharge it yet, still running on the one it came with! And trust me I use it FREQUENTLY! But since I only have to give it a couple of taps to get it my herb where I need it, I have a feeling the original charge will last a good long while. I have accidentally overground and almost gotten kief, lol. I also purchased the tray for underneath and I feel it has helped a great deal with this grinder, however I was upset about having to pay extra for this. I feel that the tray should have been included with the grinder. Manual grinders don’t sell their tops or bottoms separately, they’re part of the package. It’s still an awesome grinder and I recommend it to anyone who’s looking for an upgrade. I’ll definitely buy it again!
