First let me start by saying that I was hesitant to purchase this item because of these bad reviews about missing components and all that, so I decided to do a comprehensive review addressing all the topics that had me thinking twice about doing it. 1) missing parts: everything is in the lower compartments, just undo the Velcro and you’ll find everything, it is clearly labeled. 2) no instructions: the instruction booklet is included but you don’t even need it because this is pretty self explanatory. 3) gaps between components after assembly: as you should do with all construction, don’t tighten anything all the way until all the corners are approximated. If you do, it will be lopsided. Same as changing a tire. 4) couch is hard: I admit it is not the softest couch I’ve sat on, but I assembled it 30 seconds ago so I imagine it will get softer as I break it in 5) poor construction: the couch is sturdy, every assembly point is firmly mounted and the couch does not wobble at all, it is solid after assembly 6) Velcro doesn’t match cushions: my Velcro matched perfectly I would not only recommend this purchase, but buy it again. The brown leather looks very elegant and is not cheap looking. For $500, you can’t beat it ... show more

If you want a white couch that looks like leather, this is certainly a decent one to pick. this couch has a nice design and actual white color. Looks great, however does have some issues with comfort. There are two design flaws with the couch- 1. The arm rests have have nearly no cushion on them. I like to lay down on the couch. Putting your head on the arm rests is VERY uncomfortable. There really is no kind of support and you can feel the wood. My old couch had a round hump on the arm rests that felt decent to rest on. Having to use some pillows. 2. The back cushions were designed bad. First, there is only one strip of velcro holding them to the couch. They do not look flimsy, but seems like a cheap way out. Also, the other bigger problem I have is that the cushions actually extend out maybe 10-20% of the way into the seat. When laying down on the couch, it feels like im going to fall off as there is less area. Another problem I had was that this couch comes in two different shipments. I got one thinking that would be it and was missing half the couch. I went on here and saw that other people were having the same issue. The other half came a day later however. In the end, the looks and extra space with the ottaman make this couch decent. Its not a budget killer and serves it purpose. ... show more

Purchased in mid October. Second box got lost but eventually delivered so don't expect the 2 boxes at the same time but expect delivery issues and delays. Also FedEx drivers didn't want to deliver it because it was too heavy! Quality when putting it together was not great and several things didn't align. Couch is uncomfortable and you can feel where the pieces connect because they don't fit/connect perfectly. Very hard! Lumpy couch. Item purchased in white and it's been less than 4 months since I ordered it (less for delivery delay) and the color is now fading/spotting. Color looks like it rubs off anywhere it has been used. It has not been used much and it's not ready for the trash!! Contacted customer support and they said they can't help and won't do anything. Waste of money. Couch is now white with dark spots where there has been any contact by anyone/anything. Waste of money! ... show more

This is a really great couch for the price!!😃 It’s just the right firmness and is very comfortable to sleep on. It came earlier than expected in two big boxes and was packed extremely well. It was relatively easy to assemble and only took me an hour by myself. It would have taken me less time if I had put together in a different order (it did not come with instructions...fortunately I have assembled my own furniture for years so was not a problem for me) Make sure you pull back the velcro cloth back from the bottom of both parts of couch AND the ottoman......all the cushions and the hardware are tucked into them. 1-put the arms on first. Tip couch on its side (arm side up) and attach arm, screw bolts into the arm first, then push through pre-drilled holes in couch......(there are no holes in the cloth, so make your own hole ...I just put my finger through the material. ) 2- Then tip chase lounge on it’s side (arm side up)and repeat as with couch. 3- then tip both couch and chase lounge side by side next to each other onto backs and attach these two parts together. Make sure everything is tightened down as much as possible. 4- then secure cloth Velcro flaps back over the bottom and attach legs. All done!! :) Then tip couch back up into place ... show more

This product was super easy to assemble. However, some of the screws were a bit short. But with having a handy man in the house, it was an easy fix and we were able to use some of our own to resolve that issue. It looks very nice and fit perfect in the area I needed. However, it is not the most comfortable couch. It's very stiff/firm so it's kind of like sitting on a bench. I've only had it for a couple months now, and it doesn't get used everyday, so I'm not sure if that firmness will soften over time or not. ... show more
