When it comes to foot massagers it really is a matter of individual preference. I saw the mixed reviews on this product with some people saying it's too rough on your feet and others loving it. Well we have the same situation at home. I really appreciate the deep pressure on the arch of my foot. My wife, on the other hand, did not like the areas of her foot that got the pressure. We both have different size feet. Here's our average size while mine is a size 12. She tried a cloud foot massager at a friends house, she fell in love with it and so we purchased that one with the expectations of returning the first one. I decided to keep this foot massager because I prefer it while she's sticking with the other so we now own two. So I'm definitely convinced that it's a matter of preference and Amazon has a great return policy if you're not happy with the result after you try it, so, in my opinion, I think you should try this.

10/8/23 - After speaking with a customer service representative of the company and explaining the progression of this machine from a display problem to fully not functioning in less than 4 months, the company agreed to replace the unit, despite that it is technically out of their 60 day warrantee period. I am writing this edit to my review as it seems that this problem is being handled reasonably considering the brief time I've owned the machine. I expect to have a replacement in approximately a week and will add to this review only as needed if there are further problems. Otherwise, I am assuming the new machine will function as expected. Now that it has been almost 4 months I have important information to add to my review. After the second month the digital display began to malfunction so that 8 minutes was reading as 0 minutes. I decided to tolerate this, partly because the return window had already expired. Well, I haven't used it in at least a few weeks and just tried to turn it on and it won't even start up. I tried different plugs and tried the remote and tried the on board display buttons. Nothing will get it to turn on. So my final review for this has to be 1 star - if it could be ZERO it would be zero. This $70.00 machine certainly should have lasted longer than 3-4 months. I will put in a claim for a refund anyway, just to see what they say and will report the customer service response to you all - but - bottom line - I DO NOT RECOMMEND this machine. Product was delivered to me just under 4 months ago, and this was my original review: "If the soles of your feet are tender at all (women?) this will be very hard on your feet." I almost returned this because it was so hard on my feet that it was causing pain. The metal rolling mechanism that massages the bottoms of your feet is really hard and rough on tender soles. It needs some sort of cushion between your feet and the metal which isn't built into the machine. I ended up putting some shoe insert cushions inside my socks to lessen the extreme pressing/pressure from the rolling metal massagers - this made the device at least usable. It might work better for people who have very tough feet - thinking this might be better for men than women in general. Think twice before you purchase this.

If anyone likes a good foot massage it is the best I have ever had. I gets the top and bottom of your feet. The first couple uses some places on your feet will be a little sore the next day because they haven't been worked on. Couple days later you notice the difference. I have only had it for about a week and will revise if needed. Good quality, works great, lightweight and mobile, awesome massage. Negative is remote only works if you hold it 2 inches' above it and heat would be nice. I still give it 5 stars over all

I bought this for my dad who has plantar fasciitis and he absolutely loved it. He said it was strong enough and liked the different modes. We thought the removable cover was a great choice so he can wash it as needed.
