The chair is great, but when it arrived, the corner of one of the arms was cracked in three spots. The shipping box looked OK so not sure how it happened but I contacted Amazon and they are sending me a new one with no need for me to return the broken one. Overall, I would recommend this company.

So my husband Jared and I (Beth) took a vacation to California to see our son who serves in the US Navy. We hadn’t seen him in 13 years due to the fact he’s stationed in Japan. He recently did a tour in the Middle East and got to come back to the states to do some training and take other classes in San Diego. When we first received these chairs they were in great shape. So we put them back into the box they arrived in until it was time to go on our California vacation. It was our third use while on our vacation when this chair ripped down the seam. The other chair is now starting to rip down the seam as well. We can’t return the chairs since it’s now past the 30 days. We also had issues with the locking mechanism it doesn’t work! I only give this a 1 star rating because that’s the lowest option available, but in reality it’s definitely a -5 star rating. We will not be purchasing from this company again, nor do we recommend this product to anyone else. Very dissatisfied customers here!!!!

What I liked about these chairs is the design, the ease of use, and the price for the pair. What I didn't like was how one of the chair seats blew apart at the seams when first sat in, and we do not exceed the weight limit. However the 5 Star Rating was for the seller and their CUSTOMER SERVICE. After the defect occurred, I contacted the seller to report the defect and request a replacement. The seller replied within a 24 hour period, made their inquires and requested a photo of the defective chair. I provided them with their request and they agreed to replace the chair. Approximately 5 days later I received the replacement chair. Best Seller ever!!!

DO NOT BUY. READ THIS WARNING! I have only used the chairs a few times. I weigh 200 pounds. Max limit is 250. On first use nut fell out of armrest. No big deal I just put it back in thinking maybe it was loose from the factory. Next time we use the chairs a nut fell out of other chair's arm rest AND the other arm rest on the first problem chair became loose due to the nut backing out and the plastic bushing falling off. Used two more times no issues. Two days ago it was used again and the seat SPLIT down the middle. I contacted the seller's customer support and they told me that since I bought it in June and it's more than 60 days they would not help me I paid over $100 for this. They also told me I should inspect the chair prior to use to ensure it was safe to use. There was nothing visibly wrong with the chair other than nuts and screws/bushing coming loose which were all fixed because I'm a mechanic and naturally look at that stuff before using out off good practice. We don't drink, we are in our 40s, we didn't abuse the chairs. Barely used them (5 times by our recollection for less than an hour each time). Complete waste of money and HORRIBLE customer support! DO NOT BUY! currently working with Amazon to see if there's a way to get a refund.

My son was sitting in this and it broke, be weights 40lbs, this is not acceptable. The company reached out to me after I wrote a review and sent me a new set of chairs to replace the one that broke. Our replacement chairs have held up much better.

Bought the 1st set and opened the box and was very pleased so I immediately bought another set. BIG mistake. Took all 4 on our first trip out to the beach. My friend, 110lb female sat down in one and it busted right down the center seam. Pretty funny at the time but not so funny for 90 dollars. The seam looked like they used rotted thread. Would NOT chance it again and 💯 do not recommend buying!
