I really like this it looks really realistic very calming and I enjoyed using it when I’m relaxing and unwinding from a long day. I suggest using the timer switch at all times and leave it off when you’re not using it. If you have it on for long periods, it gets stuck and pauses. Then you have to shake it and plug it back in that sometimes makes it work again that’s the only downfall of this beautiful realistic device, it doesn’t last very long. I had it on one day about seven hours and it got stuck. I shook it up and it worked again so I only use it if I’m going to relax while looking at it otherwise I turn it off I’m afraid about getting stuck again and not ever working , there was a little tiny dot on the inside the same color as the bottom part of the flame which is gray a dark gray when it’s lit up it looks like a paint spot but when it’s dark and the device is on it’s not noticeable when I buy it again probably not it should’ve been able to work longer than a week before anything like that happened wasn’t very happy about that. I gave it five stars because it is really nice to look at when it was working so I enjoyed it for a good seven days.

These were all over the place at the Christmas Faire in Copenhagen and I was thrilled to see that I could buy one when I got home. They are so cute and cozy. This is my second little fireplace. I kept knocking my previous one off the counter and the little twirling thing inside stopped and the fire was still. It still worked, but didn't look real anymore. I had it for many years too!

Horrible product!!!! I got the item and went to plug it in and the little metal piece that connects the cord to the unit (in this case a usbc) fell into the unit and I had to completely take it apart to find the piece! Once I found it, I placed it back where it was supposed to go, even used electric tape to hold it in place and it still didn’t work!!!! The only way it works is if you hold pressure on the cord on the “connector piece” I can’t even put it back together because it requires constant pressure on the cord! The item also smells like burnt plastic which is super concerning! The quality of the product, even despite the electric issues is TRASH! I could’ve gotten the same thing off Temu for half the price and it probably would’ve had the electrical components still attached. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

This is a good, not great product. The outside is rather flimsy and had a couple of production errors ( probably where it was removed from a mold. The logs were an awful silver color that I didn't see in the description or review photos/videos. So, I opened it up and colored in the silver with a black sharpie and pencil (to add more dimension) and now I'm satisfied. The flames are realistic for what it is, and I added a background, small Christmas tree, paper rug and some garland to create a Christmas scene on my desk that I can enjoy for the 8 hours I'm at work. It gives me A cozy happy feeling, and that's all I wanted.

I honestly didn’t have high hopes for this. But for the price, it’s great. Nothing arrived broken, it’s basically no assembly required except for screwing in the top handle; I have had it for just about 2wks and it works just fine. It’s the perfect size for where I need it to be, and it’s super cute. I use the timer setting and it’s very relaxing as I go to sleep since it makes no noise, and I don’t need it for heat.

Actually, we were in love with this mini fireplace. I used a rechargeable battery pack (like youd charge your phone with) and put it on timer mode. Bam, every evening we have an auto lighting fireplace with almost realistic flames that looks super cool on the middle shelf of our TV console and id only have to charge the pack once a week or so. Unfortunately, after only a few months the lights have stopped moving, I mean yeah its still cool and if you showed it to someone who did know know it cost upward of $30 they may assume it just has the still almost firey glow on, bought like that..but we miss the "real' flickering and actually looking like a fire. Quite mesmerizing when it works, bummer it burns out fast. UPDATE three months later!! I still plugged this in or used a rechargeable battery nightly, because it looked cute in our tv stand and added a little ambiance. I though I had lost my mind two nights ago when the lights just randomly starting moving and flickering again. I nudged my husband and said look!! Tried to figure out if it was our batteries, or the battery pack and none of them seemed to make a difference, it froze up for a few months and then started working again? Win! Worth it!

I used this for my fake Fireplace decoration for Christmas. Keep in mind the batteries are in the low side right now in the picture. I adhered a TV box to the wall with brick contact paper and cut a hole with an x-acto knife the same size as the lantern. I used it a lot in the winter, but didn't use it in the summer. It requires new batteries at least once every 2 weeks. I liked it, but now it is starting to freeze up and not rotate (which creates the flame effect) and get kind of blinky. When the batteries are low it just gets dimmer. I will buy a new set of batteries and let you know if it fixes the freezing and blinking. Bought it Christmas 2023, used it that year and winter 2024, review written 3rd week of Jan 2024. I like the flame effects, it's quiet. Does not have a heat function. It's the size it says it is. Timer works.

I bought the fireplace version of this and I love it! It looks great. The fire effect is really nice considering the size and cost of the unit. My only complaint is that the front has a piece of glass on it (which I'm assuming is to protect the mechanism) and lights in the room were reflecting off it spoiling the effect. This was not a big deal, as it's super easy to unscrew the bottom of the unit and just slide the glass out. I also like that it runs on either batteries or with a USB cord plugged into a wall charger (which is what I use). Overall I'm very happy with this.
