I had concerns the product may be damaged due to shipping, but the internal packaging was superior and the product was well-packed. Took about 30 minutes to put the frame together; in part because the single sheet had part numbers, but not the product itself, so I wound up using the booklet which explained it much better. Two sets of hands makes it easier to assemble and you should consider having a tube of Loctite nearby. I do recommend having an assortment of washers for the rubber attachment points. If you just screw them in the holes just pop around the screw, so putting a washer on it helps to secure it. Once assembled, the unit is easy to learn. Tested all the keys to make sure they worked, then played with the embedded sounds. The unit is worth the money for first time piano learners or for those composing their own music on the fly. It comes with a USB so you can drop your music on a thumb drive. The piano comes with a good sized board for putting sheet music or a tablet so one can learn from a piano tutorial app. The sheet board comes loose, so you may want to use some super glue to permanently fix it to the piano. We did get the insurance package for a little more - cause, ya know, kids. We also got a headphone with jack, Cause, ya know, kids. They can play it as loud as they want and only they can hear it. Be sure to select the right number of keys - we chose the 88 key and check the coupon box when you purchase it to save you some money. We hope your family enjoys it if you decide to purchase it.     • Good for the money, but don’t expect much
I think this one is good for beginners. It has good sound quality (I would say - good enough). Keys are working fine. Pedals too. It is good to have all components together, including the stand and chair. However, on/off button is shaky and doesn’t respond every time. If you or your child just learning to play piano - this might be a good choice. If you’re already experienced, you might want to consider better brands. ... show more

The piano is great...the stand however, had wrong parts so I was unable to assemble it. I have contacted the seller and am waiting for a response. I had very quick and satisfactory action! Thank you

    • Junk power button doesn't work
Power button doesn't work had to press hard to make it work out of the box.its bc its cheaply made.The sound is ok just ok! For the price they asking is a rip off it should go back to china where its belong "Best choice"????? Nope! I have to carry it back to ups store bc was no option for pick up.Damn I upset. ... show more

The pluses: Keyboard came very well packed. All parts were in perfect condition. The sound is very good. The negatives: The instructions for the stand were confusing. When we finally got it put together, the piano (as described in one of the other reviews) is definitely not level, and with the parts manufacturer provides, there is no way to level the piano. There was a significant tilt backward. We had to had 3/4 inch of little cushions to level the piano. The bench only has 3 heights so I can't get it to just the right height for me. ... show more

    • Had for a little over a month and it stopped working.
I am literally heartbroken. We got this for our oldest daughter who just started piano this year. She started in the middle of September, has been using the piano minimally just for practice and it already doesn’t work. It will no longer turn on.     • Pretty Decent Beginner Piano!
This is the perfect piano for a beginner. It has lots of tones and rhythms to use. It sits a little low with the given stand and seat. I am short so it works perfectly. My friend who is about 6 inches taller than me found it a little uncomfortable. Another note, do not use the one pager instructions that come in the package to put together the U stand. It is incorrect. Take the booklet instruction manual out of the package for the entire piano. Those are the correct instructions for putting together the Ustand. We had it almost entirely together and thought we were missing parts before we realized that there was a discrepancy between the two instructions. Overall, not a bad purchase. Has 88 weighted keys, gets pretty loud, and works really well. ... show more
