Set comes with everything you need to get a workout in when on the go. Also features a wall poster demonstrating all of the exercises required to hit desired muscle groups. All parts of the kit are very well constructed and reinforced stitching is more than enough to ensure the product doesn't break under the stress of training. Door anchor can be utilized at the top of the majority of doors and stays in place securely. Hand straps and ankle straps are comfortable to use, as well as easily attached to and detached from the bands. Waterproof bag in the set aids keeping the banding clean and aids in minimizing some of the oxidative stress, as well as UV lighting stress from the sun, on the bands which could damage them over time. There's also a railing and post attachment, though I really would not recommend attaching these to hand railing in general; As hand railing typically isn't designed to handle the full load, nor stress, of a set like this at this kind of horizontal angling. It's fine to attach it to most security railing or geriatric railing systems as those on the other hand are typically designed to handle loads at angles like this. If that isn't clear, if the railing is made of wood, PVC or other materials that can be fractured from a horizontal load, it's a bad idea to use this set with it. Most metal railing systems ought to be able to hand the loads, as well as most steel fences or posting along those lines. Note: Many of the pictures on the seller's page, as well as on the provided move set poster and insert that came with the set, demonstrate the bands being used with shoes on. It's a bad idea for the bands to come into contact with dirty shoes, and more so if the shoes aren't gym shoes that are only ever used in the gym. Given the bands are made out of latex, I would highly recommend looking up how to care for and maintain latex products if it's not understood why this would be a problem. Ought to be no issues as long as proper care, use, and maintenance of the product is performed. Used this kind of product for years, and it's not at all new to me. The seller may not be aware of the kinds issues I brought up in respect to the instructions. Note: This is only a review of what came with the product and what's on the seller's page. The insert in the product makes mention of training videos and a website where what was spoken about may or may not be already covered.

This whole package arrives neatly placed in a small cinch sack! Which I love, because it makes it great for travel. A lot of hotel gyms are tiny and if even one other person is there, it can be challenging to get resistance (weight) training done. So, I make sure to always take this set with me and I can workout in my room! Even in my home gym though, I do use these bands sometimes. They are great for muscle development but I also use them to add resistance to some of my stretching and mobility work. The handles are a little on the cheap-o side, nothing wrong with them but I swap them out for handles I already have. There's no replacement for a gym with all its different weights, machines, etc. but this is a very impressive set of resistance bands that can give a pretty good workout. The different bands (from 10-50lbs) can be used by themselves or together to increase weight for a certain exercise. The included poster helped give some ideas for how to get a full body workout in using combinations of the hand and feet grips (plus an ab wheel, which I had already). Great way to get a full body workout if you don't have access to a gym. Packs up small enough that it would be easy to bring this along in a suitcase when on the road.

This is a really nice set of resistance bands. One by one, here is how everything stacks up: The bands themselves are exactly what you'd expect. The gradient color coding is nice, even though all of the bands have their resistances embroidered at the end. One band is about 1.5" longer than the rest, which is weird but not a big deal. All of the different straps have a ~3/16" layer of EVA foam on the inside that makes them surprisingly comfortable to wear. The handles are comfortable too, but the straps have a tendency to slide through the handle and unbalance themselves during lighter use. Under heavier tension, this isn't an issue. I think my biggest gripe is the small carabiners. They're definitely sturdy enough for their purpose, but the straps are wide enough that they can be a hassle to get on and off the small carabiners. The poster is so nice that I wish it didn't have to be folded to get shipped. Well laid out and clear pictographs. It really illustrates how you could get a full-body exercise with just this set and some bodyweight workouts on the floor. But this is also where the headline of this review comes from: after seeing the exercises on the poster, I've now realized that getting the version with the door strap would be much more helpful. Not only can it stay set up permanently if you don't mind the aesthetics, but it unlocks a bunch more exercises that you can do from positions other than standing. Without the door strap, you'll need some kind of wall-mount anchor (or multiples) to make this up as versatile as it could be. Your options without it are only above door, below door, and *maybe* above the middle hinge, but the hinge side of a door will probably wear your strap quickly. A shockingly cost and space effective way to do resistance training, but the non-door strap version should just be dropped from the options and the carabiners could be just a bit bigger.
