I’m telling you buy the dress! I’m pretty sure I went through all the reviews with pictures and didn’t see anyone post a picture of themselves in this ABSOLUTELY STUNNING floral dress so here I am to show you how amazing it looks. This is totally not the best photo but somehow the only one I got of myself in it so I hope it helps if you’re considering this dress! Backstory: I needed a nice dress to wear for a bridal shower. I love Free People, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, etc. however my budget is not any of those right now! I scoured Amazon to find something that was unique, of a good quality, and would flatter my figure (I’m a size 12, 31, large, sometimes xl in tops depending on what store or item of clothing, 34J in US sized bras). When I saw this dress I really loved the cut and how so many body types looked so beautiful in it, but then when I saw it in this floral velvet I knew I HAD to have it!!! It is the most beautiful dress! It fits exactly as expected, it’s fully lined, it has a tiny snap closure in the bust area (I might put one more closure on but that’s because of my bust size not at all the dresses fault!), I’m 5’4 and the length was perfect (just above the floor) with chunky 3 inch heels, the leg slit was high-ish but not too high that I felt uncomfortable it helped make the dress not look and feel heavy because of the fabric and pattern, the tie in the back and the fluttery sleeves add the perfect touch too. This dress looks just like something you’d find at Free People or Anthropologie but for SOOOOO much less! I so highly recommend everyone to get it, I got so many compliments and I’ll definitely be wearing it again! Side note, I also got the green velvet dress that looks kind of striped that’s a similar style, you can see lots of people wearing it in reviews and I really like that one too but the floral one is definitely a higher quality and is 100% my first choice! I’ll be returning the green one.

This dress is so flattering and adjustable to meet the needs of various body types. I wore this to attend a wedding and I felt very elegant in it and I received many compliments. The material is nice and thick, but not too heavy. Not see through at all. Doesn't hold wrinkles. Overall I recommend this dress.

This dress fit very weird in the arm/armpit area. It was very baggy in the arm pit so it just looked very frumpy on top. I'm not skinny, though. I'm curvy and tall with a small chest. My arms are thicker and so sometimes I do have trouble finding a good fit in the arms of clothes. The material was decent. I liked the length. The color is gorgeous. It's literally the color of a penny. I think this dress would work for a lot of people.

I was a little skeptical that the dress might look cheap based on its low price, but it does not. I was looking for a burgundy colored dress for a couple of events this fall but didn't want to spend a boatload of money. This fit the bill perfectly and looks much more expensive than it cost. The textured velvet gives a nice dimensionality to the color so you see lights and darks. The overall color is a very nice burgundy - not brownish as some can be. It will look nice for events, fall weddings, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Also, nothing fits as well as a wrap dress and this one delivers. It has a thoughtful snap at the V neck and ties at the hips/thighs. The only possible downside is that you can see the underside of the fabric in the back since the back is longer. This does not bother me, but if that is an issue for you, give it consideration.

The dress itself was beautiful! Great length. Soft material. Was a bit heavy/droopy- I can see where the sash night add some extra support around the waist. However, my dress was delivered with no sash 😅 between this and the neck line just being a bit too revealing, I am sending back. I originally ordered this for a wedding first weekend of November. (I’m 5’ 4” inches, around 135-140 lbs & pear shaped. I ordered a size small.)

My girlfriend bought this dress to wear to my Aunt's purple themed memorial service. She had the following to say about the dress. "This dress came in the night before the memorial service and it was the last of 4 dresses I took the chance of ordering from Amazon. It was the best option of the 4 but also just a great option in general. Dressy enough for a memorial but not so dressy that I looked out of place among the family and at the event space. It wasn't at a church, which is a good thing, because despite reading multiple reviews that told me so, it was a lot more cleavage bearing than I thought it would be. In the photos where I tried the dress on in my room, I decided to wear a bralette the next day over my bra for some modesty. Couldn't go with only a bralette because I've got too much up top for that. But somehow, the bralette made it even more pronounced (I think it was too small) but I had no time to try to wrestle it back off since I had helped set up and was speed changing before the program started. Even with the extra cleavage at a family event, I loved this dress. It is a beautiful shade of purple, more on the red side than the blue, and the material was both warm and cool. I thought it draped nicely over my belly and it is slightly high-low and I am 5'1" and wore flats (then later changed into sneakers for clean up) and it just barely touched the floor in the back. I am usually a 20W-22W or 2X in plus size clothes, 42DD. I bought a 20 plus in the plus size-velvet-short sleeve in Z-velvet plus purple. There aren't many reviews for this color in the plus size option so if you're thinking about it, here are your pictures and here is your recommendation. Buy it!"

I purchased this dress for a Fall wedding & the best part of this dress is that it is a great quality dress. The fabric hugs your body and you make the dress, not the other way around. It fits to you. The button intended to conceal the cleavage did keep popping open as I moved around so I needed to add a few needle threads to keep it closed. Overall, very happy with the purchased and I bought it in two colors.
