I love that this product is easy to pack so I can take it wherever I go. When I travel I don’t have to miss workouts. It’s easy to use and I really like that the diagram shows you which part of the body you will be working out. I purchased this product to help me improve my positioning and grip for doing pushups. I weigh about 250 lbs and the equipment supports me with no issue. I like that it came with a recommended work out schedule and helped show which positions and colors to use for which muscle group. It even came with a workout schedule. My children have been enjoying it and actually doing pushups. I suffered a wrist injury and can't do regular pushups with my hand flat on the ground anymore. The raised handles with the closed grip are much more comfortable for me. Its a big win! ... show more

very easy to use. I love that it has a diagram showing which part of your chest you'll be working based on where you have the handles. I also really like the handles because I had bad wrists and it puts less pressure on my wrists still being able to work my arms and chest
