I actually borrowed one of these from a buddy before buying my own, and after using it for a few workouts I knew I had to get one. This thing works great, especially for the price. It makes it easy to target different muscle groups, including your chest, shoulders, triceps, and even parts of your back, just by moving the handles to the different color-coded positions. The layout is simple to understand, and changing exercises takes only a few seconds. The handles feel comfortable, and the board itself is sturdy enough for regular workouts. One of my favorite features is how compact it is. When you're done, it folds up easily and stores away without taking up much space. Overall, this has become one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment. Great value, easy to use, and surprisingly effective there is literally only 3 parts, and the 2 handles actually clip in the back, and you can fold it in half was not missing any parts. I’ve been using this 15-in-1 Push Up Board for my home workouts and honestly, it’s been a great addition to my routine. I like that it takes regular push-ups and makes them feel way more structured and effective. The product does what I expected it to do, but nothing is special about it. I can adjust the handles and feel it working different muscles. Though, I’m a little disappointed with the sturdiness of the handles in the holes. I am feeling some slight wobble and that’s not great when you want to have a controlled grip. I feel like the wobble could get worse over time aa the plastic wears. Additionally, the light blue portion of the handles is just a different color plastic. I feel a bit deceived by this as it appears to be something different… like some sort of comfort foam grip. So your grip might not be great if your hands are sweaty. A foam handle would have been much better but it appears they just wanted to produce these as cheap as possible.

Solid push up board, to stay fit and strong I always do 100 push ups per day. I just change the position after every set of 20 to target a different muscle group. This board is better on your hands than doing push ups with your palms flat on the ground. Helps prevent any wrist pain from classic floor push ups. Just be careful when using the board, if you bounce up too hard the hand grips may come out and you will do a face plant lol
