I’ve always wanted one of these rings to track my sleep and steps when I want to take off my watch. If you ever want to free up your wrist, look no further. The app is simple and the ring was quick to pair. You will get most important health trackers you need on the app. The ring itself is waterproof, lightweight, and looks great. Quality is superb. I’ve been wearing it the whole time the past couple of days and doing my normal routine without taking it off, and so far it is working as expected. Battery life is surprisingly long and have not had the need to charge it. I have not had any issues washing dishes with it on. Sizing instruction before you purchase makes a lot of sense and no need to buy a ring sizer if you don’t have one. For the functionality you are looking for, you cannot go wrong for this perfectly priced smart ring.

I didn’t want to wear my Apple Watch while at work as I work in a kitchen. Was hoping this would be the answer but nope. The step count is terrible. I measured it against my Apple Watch, both worn on the same arm and boy is this thing off my a TON. Sending back and getting a simple pedometer.

This is an attractive-looking ring for sure! Easy to set up, and yes, no subscription fee! I have been wearing this ring since July 16th. The step tracking is excellent, no issues at all. The problem here is that the sleep tracking and heart rate monitoring are not accurate at all. Very spotty. Also, the limited number of sports you can track for activity (for me, anyway) is not ideal. Another beef for me, tells me battery is low but does not tell me what % I have left. If you want a good-looking ring, with no subscription fee and a great step tracker, then this is the ring for you. I will have to spend more to get more.

Maybe it's a user error, but the sleep tracker is worse than my watch. Step tracker works great, but I did buy it for sleep. I did see other reviews that stated it didn't work well for sleep, but I decided to try it anyways. If you're looking for a sleep tracker, you probably want to look elsewhere! The problems I've encountered so far is that if you wake up in the middle of the night, it stops tracking and actually marks you awake for hours when you go back to sleep. Also, if you're biphasic sleeper, it doesn't track both phases of sleep 😞
