Features

  • DURABLE, WITH A LITTLE GIVE Benebones are for determined chewers. Our puppy line is durable and quite firm to the human touch, but is a teeny bit more forgiving for teething pups.
  • REAL BACON AND REAL WOOD We use only 100% REAL BACON for flavor and scent in our Zaggler, and real maple wood in the Maplestick. Trust us, puppies can tell the difference.
  • EASY TO PICK UP AND CHEW Our Maplestick and Zaggler are uniquely shaped for a paw-friendly grip so your pup can quickly grab them and get a good chew going. Think about it: puppies dont have thumbs.
  • MADE TOUGH IN AMERICA You need it tough, right? We get it. It's made and sourced in the USA.
  • HAPPINESS, GUARANTEED - Have an issue? Want to chat? Reach out to us directly and you'll get a real person whose sole job is to make you and your pup happy.

Description

Dogs are natural chewers—and Benebones make every chew count. More than a durable chew toy, our bones deliver real mental stimulation through scent, flavor, and the instinct-driven challenge of figuring out how to hold, angle, and work the ridges. The result: calm focus, reduced boredom, and a happier dog.Designed for heavy chewers, Benebones redirect destructive behavior into a positive outlet while the ridges help scrape plaque and massage gums with every bite. Why It WorksMental stimulation and calming enrichmentSupports dental health through mechanical chewingReduces boredom and destructive behaviorLong-lasting distraction during alone time or travelFits Any Routine: Use after walks, during crate time, on car trips, or as part of a daily enrichment rotation alongside other Benebone favorites like the Maplestick or Dental Chew.FundamentalsMade with durable nylonEasy-to-grip designMade in the USAAvailable in multiple sizesSafety First: Built for strong, healthy teeth. • Puppy life saver!
Flavor Name: REAL Bacon Size: Puppy (2-Pack)
These have been an absolute godsend for our puppies. We adopted 2 rescue puppies and they suffered from anxiety early on. We tried toys, rubber chews etc, and these were the only things they gravitated to. They will gnaw on these for hours and be totally content! They last a long time also. So far they haven't chewed on anything that they arent supposed to. Chicken flavor is what they really enjoy and they are made in the USA. ... show more

I bought 2 different Benebone packs for puppies as I wasnt sure how long they were going to last. Each pack had 2 each. Our puppies have been picky with the rope toys, chewed through the cheap rubber stuff, tear up the stuffed animals and devour other flavored chew rings within 15 mins. Our puppies are 14 week old Lab Retriever/Australian Shepherd that chew on EVERYTHING! These bones buy us time, lots of it! I can leave the room as they remain preoccupied. These things are hard but surprisingly they are able to chew on them and barely do any damage, its crazy! These dont seem messy as they aren't saturated in sauce. ... show more

    • Perfect for puppies who love to chew!
Flavor Name: REAL Bacon Size: Puppy (2-Pack)
Our maltipoo puppy loves these bones! They’re durable and easy on puppy gums and teeth. Great for satisfying their need to chew. So good I bought a second 2 pack.

    • Our dogs are happy
Flavor Name: REAL Bacon Size: Puppy Small
These are the best. We have used Benebone for many years. All of our 4 dogs love them. The small size is great for our mini dachshund and mini aussie. The golden wants them but she chews them to quickly so we get the medium for her.

    • The "Y" is a staple! The other is useless.
Flavor Name: REAL Bacon Size: Puppy Small (2-Pack)
Leaving a 4-star review because she has chewed this "Y-shaped" Benebone almost down to the nubbins. At first she didn't want much to do with it, but something clicked and once she started chewing it, it's become a staple in her chewing repertoire. But the other shape... the double-pull with the lines on it... is apparently not chewable for her. She'll tote it around, but won't really sink her teeth into that one. She's still a puppy, so maybe she'll start on the double-pull shaped one later. But we'll probably hafta get a larger Y-shape in a month or two... that one's totally worth it! ... show more

    • Our dogs favorite chewies
Flavor Name: REAL Bacon Size: Puppy (2-Pack)
We have two 1.5 year old pups and they LOVE these things. No matter how many shoes, stuffies, or other toys are available for them to chew on, they always come back to these. At all times, we have half a dozen of these laying about the house in various states of consumption. It's entertaining to watch the dogs trade off and swap which version they are chewing on. I believe these have help reduce the amount of stuff they dogs have chewed on that they should not chew on. They would just rather chomp on these things. I love that these don't leave residue on the carpet, they don't break big chunks off that the dog can yak on, and they don't stink, even when they have been munched on for awhile. Just watch out for when they get small enough that your doggo might try to swallow it. Benebone has a return program where they say they will recycle them into new chewies. We haven't used that service and prefer to just toss them in the trash when they are too small. The only negative is that they can get a bit sharp on the sides and from time to time the dog will sit next to you and dig the sharp edge into your leg or foot while they are working the other side of the toy. They are also quite surprising to step on in the middle of the night. ... show more

    • Good Quality But Not Ideal for All Puppies
Flavor Name: REAL Bacon/REAL Maplewood Size: Puppy Tiny (2-Pack)
The Benebone Puppy 2-Pack Maplestick/Zaggler Chew Toys offer a durable and long-lasting option for gentle chewers. The combination of real bacon and real maplewood is an attractive feature that piqued my interest, and overall, these toys are well-made and of good quality. The durable construction of these chew toys ensures they can withstand hours of chewing without showing signs of wear. The tiny size is perfect for puppies, providing an appropriate chew option that won't overwhelm their small mouths. The real bacon and maplewood elements add a natural scent and flavor that entices puppies to chew on them. It's clear that Benebone has put thought into creating toys that appeal to dogs' natural instincts. I appreciate that these chew toys are made in the USA, assuring me of their quality and adherence to safety standards. However, I found that these toys might not be suitable for all puppies, especially those with aggressive chewing tendencies. My puppy, who is a gentle chewer, seemed to enjoy these toys initially, but after a while, they lost their appeal. The flavors wore off, and he became disinterested in them. It's important to note that these toys are best suited for puppies with mild to moderate chewing habits. Additionally, some pet owners might be concerned about the hardness of the maplewood, as it can be quite firm for delicate puppy teeth. While Benebone claims that their toys are intended for puppies and gentle chewers, it's essential to monitor your puppy's chewing habits and ensure they are comfortable with these toys. In conclusion, the Benebone Puppy 2-Pack Maplestick/Zaggler Chew Toys offer good quality and durability for gentle chewers. The real bacon and maplewood elements add an enticing touch to keep puppies engaged in chewing. However, these toys might not be suitable for puppies with more aggressive chewing tendencies, as the flavors can wear off and the firmness of the maplewood might not be ideal for delicate teeth. While they served well for my gentle-chewer puppy initially, their appeal wore off over time. If you have a gentle chewer puppy, these toys may be a good choice, but for puppies with more robust chewing habits, other options may be more appropriate. Three stars for a product that didn't quite meet my puppy's long-term chewing needs. ... show more
