I'm a big fella with a flat booty and when I saw this product advertised I just hoped that it might be half as effective as people were claiming. I just got my BeltBro Titan No Buckle Elastic Belt For Men and immediately threw them on a pair of jeans to try them out. My mouth hit the floor. I'm not prone to hyperbole but this simple product is literally life changing to a guy like me. My jeans felt perfectly secure when I got the BeltBro Titan on. Regular belts don't work for me. I'm a big guy and if I cinch the belt tight enough to hold my pants up, it will cut off circulation and the buckle (and I've tried every kind of buckle) will cut into me when I sit. It's painful. If I'm sitting at my desk at work for extended periods of time it leaves painful bruises. If I loosen the belt so I can sit comfortably, I better remember to cinch it tighter when I get up or my pants will be around my ankles. Plus, none of my office mates want to see me constantly playing with my belt. It's embarrassing. I've tried elastic belts, braided belts, leather belts, hybrid belts and none of them have worked. This is an example of a simple solution to a problem that a lot of guys with flat butts face, but for a big guy like me it's a game-changer. Now, in fairness, I just got this product and these are my initial reactions to it but I've been able to sit, stand, walk, go up and down stairs and move around a bit and not once did I feel like my pants were going to fall down or even droop. They are perfectly comfortable. I'd honestly stopped wearing jeans and avoiding having to wear pants that required belts because it had become so uncomfortable for me. With these BeltBro Titans I can wear them all again--and wear them with confidence and comfort. Based on the design and how it works, I think this product will work for anyone with a flat butt, but I can testify to what it does for a fat guy. This product is 100% fat dude approved. If you hook things onto your belt, I believe you'll be able to do that comfortably with this product too. If you're interested in why this product works it's simple. Belts rely on three points of the body for assistance. The butt and the hips. If you have a flat butt then a belt is a poorly designed solution. The BeltBro Titan skips the butt and focuses on the hips. It's got velcro on both sides for a secure fit with a tight elastic piece in the center. When you "cinch" the BeltBro it comfortably gives much more support at the hip than a belt ever would and it does so in comfort making it the right product choice for guys like me. Look, it's a $13 investment. Take my word for it. It's an investment that will pay dividends. Im sick of belts, they weigh too much, chaff and are uncomfortable. also my waist fluctuates in size all the time even daily since i will drink or eat a lot in one stting. I found these to be very practical. So far these are more comfortable than a belt, but still a little loose for my preference. Essentially, this is a piece of elastic that is sandwiched into some velco. You use the velco to loop around the belt loops to station it in place, and the center of it is "flexible", making it feel like you are wearing sweatpants instead of dress pants, shorts, or jeans. I'm a big guy (6'5" at size 58), so I've gone through a couple of iterations of getting these "tight" since I got the pair of Beltbros yesterday. It doesn't help that my shorts have elastic "expansion" on the sides for lose/comfort fit (just in front of the pockets on either side), so I'm using velcro and more elastic to reign in the original elastic. I had to go to 3 loops (so the ends skip the middle loop) to get it to feel like my pants weren't going to wardrobe malfunction to the ground unexpectantly, but I fear this will greatly reduce the longevity of this product as the elastic will likely wear out much faster being stretched out to the point it doesn't want to stretch further. I'm overweight (or used to be) and have an umbilical hernia. Wearing regular belts became impossible since the buckles would often hit around my hernia bulge. These alleviate the problem. Now that I'm losing weight I just have to readjust them occasionally, but that really isn't an issue now is it?

I waited a while before writing this review because I really thought this belt wouldn't last. Boy, was I wrong! This belt has got to be the best belt I have ever owned! I am a XL guy and this belt keeps my pants up, super easy and fast to adjust and doesn't have any buckle rub. I tried the belt bro where u have 2 little ones but those don't work and really pull on ur belt loops. The velcro hasn't weakened a bit. Love it! ... show more

DOESN'T WORK VERY WELL WITH DOCKER SHORTS AS THE BELT LOOPS ARE TOO FAR APART AND THOUGH AT FIRST IT SEEMS SNUG THEN AS SOON AS YOU WALK OR JUMP. YOU ARE HAVING A MOON OVER MIAMI EFFECT AND YOUR SHORTS ARE AT YOUR KNEES. OF COURSE DOESN'T HELP IF ONE DOESN'T HAVE A BOTTOM TO HELP HOLD THEM EITHER.

It works great as shown. Can have problems with them on certain types of pants or shorts, especially if the loops are more spread out. Have to be careful on those, as they can snap the loops off your pants.
