Much softer than I first thought. It seemed really thin upon first opening but became plush within 30 min. Doesn’t lay flat, despite having furniture weigh down the end. However, my main complaint is that it looks like it’s survived a year with my dogs and kids right from opening. It has weird darker/discolored spots that look dingy. Due to packaging and how sealed it was, I have no reason to believe this was a returned item, so I can only assume it came straight from the factory like this.

Really disappointed and wish I didn’t buy this rug. It looks nice and is soft, it is cheap though and I can tell it’s not going to look nice and fluffy for long. Better in a low traffic area. The WORST is the smell. I can’t even bring this in my house. It’s been in my garage for a few days. I put baking soda all over it to TRY and absorb the smell. It doesn’t seem to be working meanwhile we can’t park in the garage because the rug is in there. The garage now has this terrible smell, glad I didn’t put this in my house as I was SO excited to do when it arrived, but nope. I’m not sure if I can return this but what a pain to load up a rug and drag it and return it I have many other area rugs in my house ( never bought one online before) and none of them ever smelled like this.

This rug is in my craft room and is so soft on my bare feet. It's nicely made and seems durable, my office chair has left no marks on it as I roll from one table to the other. It had a slight smell when I first put it down, but that was gone in a day. If it had been warm enough to open the window I am sure it would have been gone in hours.

Loved the rug! It looked so nice brand new. However, it did not hold up in a bedroom. We are in Florida with sand and bare feet, 2 small dogs and too much foot traffic. I cleaned it, and it did not clean well. The fibers balled up in the shampooer. Ended up throwing it away. It lasted less than a year.

I love this rug. It is soft and beautiful. I read some reviews about its smell... I honestly didn’t have this problem at all. Smells just like a new rug and after 1 or 2 days it was completely gone. For the price, it was a great purchase. Very happy with it!

The pattern in the rug is much darker than what is shown in the images. I had to return it for this reason. On top of this, the seller is completely unhelpful. After letting them know that the images are inaccurate, they claimed that this is due to screen resolution differences. I viewed the images on about five different screens and saw the same discrepancy in color. There is also no disclaimer that the rug may look different than pictured. Despite bringing all of this to the seller’s attention, I was still required to pay for the shipping to return the rug, which required me to purchase a custom box due to a rolled rug being a unique shape. I will say that the rug looked and felt nice but BEWARE if you have any inclination that the rug may not be perfect for you as the seller will not help with the return process.

This is a Warning!!! I should have returned this rug and not wait thinking that the horrible strong smell would fade away. Now that the return period is over, I will have to get rid of this cheap stinking rug. It's pretty from a distance and soft but it smells pretty darn bad. I have tried Carpet Fresh and Baking People and all that does is clog up your Vacuum. Again, I am warning anyone with young children or babies please do not buy this rug. They will get sick.
