Got for for parent's living room. We wanted something with a shorter back so it wouldn't block the view into the room and they are small people, so it works well for them. I like that my feet touch the floor. I'm 5'4" 125lbs. (They are even shorter than me) But in general, it is uncomfortable. It is just not very deep and it is rather stiff. If you are looking for an occasional sitting chair, this works. If you want to use this frequently, I would go with something more comfortable. Very sturdy and perfect for small spaces. Only took a few minutes to pit together. Only had to screw the legs on maybe a little difficult if you have arthritis or joint pain, but other than that, it was simple to put together the screws on the bottom of the leg. Help you to level out the chair is uneven it make look low but very easy to get in and out of. Cushion is very thick and felt wonderful to sit in with the perfect of an office or home. I could not love these more! I had a limited amount of space and needed small chairs. These are the best little chairs. Kind of stiff but figure they will break in eventually as we are using them as a spare seating area not a daily. I bought 2 at first to make sure I liked them and then added 2 more. This chair essentially met my expectations but you may want to consider a couple things before you buy: If you are looking for a chair to curl up in, this is not it. I wanted a chair where I knew it would help me sit up straight and still be my idea of comfortable. It is also short, which is good for me as a short person living in a room with a slanted ceiling. But this chair does not make you think "cozy" when you sit in it. Also, the seat cushion is a little hard. I plan to buy some foam to replace what the manufacturer used if I can find something more dense and supportive. On the upside, it is very light-weight. It was no problem for me to carry the whole package upstairs when it came. (I'm 5'3" female and not particularly athletic.) The material seems to be good quality and the linen fabric is attractive. Overall satisfied but can't really give it a stellar rating, mostly because of the cushion. ... show more
