I received this set after looking everywhere for something nice, could accommodate my body and was easy to put together. I was able to put this furniture together by myself while watching tv. There was some challenge in aligning the screws with the holes, but things came together the more I screwed in other screws. Definitely make sure you don't tighten things too much until you have all the pieces for the item you are working on assembled. It was much easier to just go back and tighten versus having to unscrew and rescrew in order to reposition something. It sits low and kind of deep which nice for me since it's for lounging anyway. I wish it were made of wood, but budgets talk louder than my wants LOL! Oh, the cushions are decent, but they look thicker in the pics, they are not super thick but they are firm. I wouldn't mind investing in some different ones after a while. ... show more

I absolutely love this set. I will say it took almost an entire day to assemble alone. I would suggest tightening a few parts together at a time and then come back to them and tighten them the rest of the way throughout the entire process. If you can find a better tool to use than the one provided, I highly recommend it. A few places the holes didn’t match up so hopefully they don’t fall apart 😜 Assembly aside, I love this set for our small(er) patio. It’s fairly sturdy, looks nice and the cushions are pretty comfortable. ... show more

I'm very pleased with this set for the price. Sure, it was a PITA to assemble, but actually easier than expected. It's very solid and sturdy feeling. The cushions are kinda thin, but soft enough. The colors are very nice. The fabric does have some water repellency, but after a really hard rain the cushions filled with water. I had to unzip the covers and stand the cushions on end for a day for them to fully dry. I'll store the cushions in the shed. I'm very pleased with the purchase, but just couldn't quite give it 5 stars. Probably because I don't think it will last very long out in the Texas elements. Honestly it’s a good set for the price. Some of the wicker looks like it’s about to break but I just put some gorilla glue over those parts. It does feel a bit cheap but I’m really happy with the purchase for the price. The holes don’t all line up, I had to force some places together. This is a nice sturdy patio set. Cushions are a bit thin but the set is still comfortable. Takes some time to put together for one person. Some holes did not line up, but I made it work. I am editing this post because I have had this set for a year and a half and am barely paying it off and the rattan is falling apart on the sofa arms and the top of the back. This furniture is relatively nice and sturdy for the price. It’s an absolute PAIN to put together. You definitely need two people. The glass top to the table was absolutely shattered to pieces when it arrived, but luckily the company did send us a replacement for free.

The delivery came in one very heavy box. Set up instructions were clear, but as most “assemble it yourself furniture,” many holes did not line up. We did not use the mini IKEA-like wrench that came with the washers and screws. Had we used that it would’ve taken twice as long to set up. Overall, it took about 2 hours to assemble.
