Perfect! Well built. Instructions weren’t hard to follow maybe just a bit confusing on certain parts but my husband and I put it together in no time. I do recommend having help putting it together. It’s worth it for the price. I thought I was getting away with a crime actually of how much it cost. It’s not noisy at all. Only thing I would recommend is if you have a place where it’s going to be permanently or even not permanently, use the pieces that come with it to bolt to the wall. No complaints our teenager loves it. I should’ve included a picture, he even has hooked up led lights on it. I’d recommend getting this. No missing parts there was actually extra. The bed is big and beautiful. I did get cushions for the ladder but that’s just a preference.

Purchased this bed for my 14 year old son (he is 5'9" and 150 lbs, still growing) to replace his twin size loft bed. He specifically wanted another loft bed because of the space. We initially weren't considering one that had a desk already, since he had a desk he liked, but options were limited. We read the reviews thoroughly, wanting a bed that would be metal and sturdy. What we read about this product seemed great so we purchased it. Boxes were heavy, which gave us hope. It was easy to assemble with 2 people and the instructions were clear. It is large, as it is a queen size, but also not overwhelming. It fits perfectly in his regular-size bedroom and has plenty of clearance at the top for him to move around easily (not standing up but he won't bump his head moving in the middle of the night). It comes with wall anchors, which adds to the overall stability of the bed and feeling like it's grounded. Besides the wood particle desk and storage area, all the parts are made of metal and feel very sturdy in their construction. He has had it for 3 days and loves it. The area under the bed is spacious; the desk area is deep enough to spread things out without needing to stack up his books/homework. The reason we are giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is due to there was a piece that came broken. It is the shelf that is in the middle of the storage area, so we have been unable to complete that part of the bed. We took pictures and immediately went to Amazon to find out company information. I sent an email, as instructed on their website and customer support page with the necessary product information, shipping details, and pictures. The email came back as "undelieverable". I then contacted them today (9/30) from the Amazon website on their chat. I was not entered into a chat with an associate but was given automated instructions on how to proceed with asking for a part replacement. DOING THE EXACT THING I HAD ALREADY DONE. I forwarded my old email to the SAME EXACT EMAIL ADDRESS and am awaiting a reply. Meanwhile, I contacted Amazon regarding the part replacement issue and their customer support was amazing. Overall, the bed is a great option for our teen son who loves the loft bed and should fit him for quite some time (unless he has a huge growth spurt). The bed is a great value and is well-made. If there is anything that crops up, I will update my review.

The bed frame design is solid, but mine arrived with a defective part. The manufacturer stopped responding to my emails, and I had to fix it myself — not what you expect from a $400 product. Amazon was more helpful than the manufacturer, which is why I’m leaving 2 stars.

It’s easy to put together with help, but one of my guard rails is snapped at a weld point some gashes in the metal from damaged packaging but other than that is a great loft
