I was tired of using those cheap, super thin, little belts that came with some of my dresses and wanted an upgrade. This is definitely a nicer upgrade! However, I did not realize that these belts have no holes or a prong in which you would insert into said holes. Instead, it just goes through the buckle and out the buckle (there's a bar in the middle of each buckle, so in one 'hole' and out the other) and relies on that tension to stay in place. Since the belts are so thick, it's a little difficult to make small adjustments, but once you find your perfect fit and wear it for a few times then I would hope it would either get easier to adjust or get shaped/bent into proper position over time. I also feel these are a little on the larger side, as I have a 28" waist which was on the end of the size Small's suggested measurements and thought that would mean I'd have little belt left over once tightened, but there was still like 6" of belt left once loosely tightened. I would prefer less leftover belt, and I don't think you want to cut this type of belt to make it shorter so it's a little disappointing to me on length.

These belts fit well; they are well made. I checked the stitching and edges and they are straight and even. I like that the buckles match the belt material and are not shiny metal. These belts match well with most of my clothes. The buckle matching the belt color gives an understated elegance to my outfits. I dislike bright shiny metal on belts. If they are silver or gold or copper, I need to be careful to match the metal on my jewelry and handbags as well. With these belts, that issue does not arise. My daughter, who loves clothes from the Belle Epoque period, is waiting to share these belts with me. She says these are perfect for that period and will match with her clothes as well. I have promised to buy her her own set, since I want to keep these.

My favorite thing about these is that the buckles are the same color as the belt. I don't have to worry about coordinating jewelry with them. The other thing is that they don't dig into you when you sit down. Even the square buckle is comfortable to wear all day. These aren't stretchy, but they also don't have a latch either. They won't function well if you want them to hold up pants, but are really more for looks. On the other hand, if you use them with tunic tops or sweaters, they really look great as an accent piece and there's a loop that holds the end of the belt in place so it looks neat and elegant. These are made well too.

I have two outfits that have lost the belts that went with them and these 2 pack of belts works great. They are not leather and the material is an alright rating. The loop to hide the tail is not affixed to the belt so you can place it wherever you need. The style of the belts is simple so they go well with a variety of outfits styles. Overall I am pleased

I got these after being tired of having the cheaply made belts that come with some dresses. These are not the best quality, but you get what you pay for here and are one step about the free belts that typically come with clothing items. The good thing about these belts are that the hardware are the same color as the belt itself, so you do not have to worry about mixing metals, etc. It also creates a more polished look to have everything uniform and does not stand out significantly with a shiny buckle ot hardware. Having the black and brown option is nice for variety. These are not really belts you can wear with pants, so do not expect for them to be useful for that. I do not see these lasting very long, but will be good when an outfit needs a little something extra or you want to accentuate your waist.

So I am not a belt person, I only wear them when I absolutely have to. I have low back problems & normally every time I sit down the belt digs into my back and hurts. These belts are much more comfortable since they're a thinner dress style. I don't wear them with dress coats, but as regular belt with jeans that are too loose in the waist. They seem pretty durable and will definitely last me a long time with very limited use. To me the price seems comparable but again, I'm not a belt person so not a ton of experience.
