It's a bit too long so I rolled the waist and slapped a belt on it. I'll alter it properly later. It has a zipper, plus elastic waist which I think is overkill. I could do without the elastice waist. Obviously, you will need to iron it before wearing.

I ordered my size according to chart with item description. Totally off, order at least 2 sizes larger. I kept the skirt because I don't need to wear it for a couple of weeks. Other than that it's a darling skirt that I would consider mini by the length.

This is the literal first day I've worn this past trying it on. I was apparently a little too big for its liking, despite fitting perfectly for most of the day, so the lowermost accent button popped off. I didn't do anything wild or extravagant; no, I merely sat in a car. That's it. That's all it took for the button to rocket off. I'm glad I can sew, because I'm going to fix it. Truth be told, I like this skirt, but I don't like this. The only reason I didn't 1 star it is because the damage is easily fixable.

A nice shape-flattering skirt for someone who's a little bigger/curvier. I ordered this to go with billowy blouses that need to be tucked into a high waist in order to look good. Unfortunately I went by the inches on the chart, rather than ordering my usual size, and ended up with one that is too loose--still better than being too tight and showing every lump. Anytime there are body measurements listed, I use those to determine what to get, since numerical clothes sizes can vary wildly. I used the "recommended body size" chart and went by my waist (34") and hips (46") to get the XXL. My pants size is 16/XL. Though it looks nice, it's definitely too loose, so I would say get your usual size because the skirt does stretch quite a bit. I probably could have even gone to an L without any issues. Regarding the material, it's not the best, as you might be able to tell from how shiny it looks in the product photos/video. (It's like a nightgown or a bag costume, folded over to be thicker.) On the plus side, it zips with no issues and it does not show bumps/rolls at this larger size. The overall shape is very flattering, and I love the buttons and ruffle detail which has the bonus of camouflaging belly fat. The slit is sexy and not too high. I wore it to work. If you want your poofy blouses to stay tucked in, maybe size down (mine untucked immediately). Ultimately, I do like the skirt and can pair it with other shirts. And given that it's about half the listed price currently due to a Prime Deal, I might just order another! Overall, I'd recommend it.
