The item was not exactly as advertised. The photo showed a tinted lens, I received the helmet with a clear lens. Now I will have to order a new lens which is tinted, generally almost as much as the helmet.

    • Great Helmet for the price
Have been using the helmet for about a month so far. But fit is true to size, I have a medium, strap is easy to use. I don't get too hot or stuffy, it does have vents, not sure how much of a difference it makes honestly. Also visor is clear, not tinted like in the pic, I ordered a tinted visor.

Got this helmet for my scooter after discovering the one I was using didn't have any quality standards. This Bell helmet is affordable and offers real trusted protection. The vents work very well and it's pretty stylish too. For the price and protection I can't imagine a better product.

    • Not bad, but potentially hazardous
Pros: The helmet fits nicely, never fogs, and has good quality to the padding and shell! Cons: the fabric is rough on the cheeks/face(especially when it’s cold) and the biggest issue the the shape of the helmet. The chin portion is unpadded(like most helmets) but it’s also only 3/4 an inch away from my actual chin. If I were to crash, the hard inner shell would break my chin/jaw and really injure me. I think this could have been designed better. ... show more

    • noisy...but it's ok
compared to my previous helmet (bilt), this one is lighter. however, it is very noisy. not sure why but it may have something to do with the area grooved for ear phones. Another cons, there is no netting on the vents so bugs can be stuck in it if not go all the way to your scalp or mouth. there is not any netting also by your chin. It's great during warm days, but your chin can freeze when it is cold. too much space also on the chin area that bugs and other debris can just fly into your face. The straps are also flimsy. they are already frail after using them for a month and half. I guess you get what you pay for and the brand name. However, there are cheaper ones out there that are better than this. It's too late to return so I have to live with it. However, i will give it a 4 if it lasts for a year. ... show more
