I have bought their product for many iPhones I have had for years each time I get a new phone. Now they no longer cover replacements and it doesn’t hold up to any kind of drop. I had my screen crack once from a fall and they replaced it but second time they denied stating they no longer cover usage replacement as they clearly have in the past. The install of the screen protector was fairly simple however, even following directions, I still managed to get micro bubbles on the outer rim. I thought it would drive me crazy but when the phone is on, I actually don’t see it. It’s just when it’s off. I don’t see how I could have installed it any differently so I don’t think it’s just me it offers a good amount of screen protection. I’ll be honest I already did scratch it or cracked it when I dropped my phone but better than my actual screen cracking. Fit well and I didn’t have any issues with it trying to come off. I didn’t feel like it was any more special than a non-named brand screen protector so you are paying a little bit more for the actual name itself. I received this product on June 13 an installed it right away I have a brand new iPhone 16 pro max and it has never been dropped or impacted an it already has 3 breaks acrossed 2 corners. I bought this screen protector because it’s marketed as being thin and have minimal impact on touch sensitivity. And sure enough, it’s been amazing! Screen sensitivity is nearly as good as without a protector on my 16 Pro Max! I initially bought a screen protector from Torras. Unfortunately it severely decreased my touch sensitivity.
