This case is wonderful. I was surprised by the quality as soon as I opened the package. I did not expect it to be as nice as it is for the price. I like that the case has a place for the tiny pieces that come with the pencil, and that it has a cover to keep those pieces from falling out. The cover of the whole case is magnetic and holds tightly. It’s very hard, so no worries when I put it in my bag. It’s a little bulky, but I think the bulk adds to the security and safety of the pencil. The pencil holder is a cool feature I didn’t expect to use, but it turns out it is very handy. This is a must have accessory for those with an Apple Pen. Although there are alternatives, a lot of them are soft covers and don't really provide "bend" protection. Pros: Functionality - This is a carrying case with the ability to display the pen and have it ready to use. Features and design - I am surprised on how well design this product is. There is an internal compartment were you can add one of the stylus points (apple pen comes with two), the charger link, and a end cap to protect the lighting adaptor. The inside of the lid is lined with soft material to not scratch or damage the pen. Lid is also magnetic and keeps things in place. Cons: For being a case, the cost is pretty high. Although the materials are nice, the markup on them is substantial. Summary: All in all, not the best value but looks nice and works as it should. ... show more

As with other Belkin products I've bought in the past, this one is no different. Sleek and feels very sturdy/durable. I got this for Apple Pencil which I've owned for a while now but never had anywhere to store it safely which had always been a problem for me when I traveled. (I used to put it inside my make-up case with my brushes lol). I haven't traveled in a while but will start to again this year but now I can safely bring it along without worrying about damaging it or losing the smaller parts which always worried me. I sometimes forget where I store the charger (the small attachment) even when I'm at home. At least now I know for sure where it is whenever I need to use it. I was actually between buying this one and another simpler pencil holder that I liked which was more flexible. But after reading the experience of other Apple Pencil owners, I figured this one would be the best choice simply because of how sturdy it is. I never thought about the risk of putting the Pencil in a soft case vs a hard one but they do have a point when they say its less likely to break/get damaged when stored in a hard case. Also a pleasant surprise is the pen stand. This was a feature I wasn't really interested in when I bought this case and thought it was unnecessary. Well, I just tested it and turns out I actually quite like it and its a really neat feature to have. I highly recommend this product to anyone and everyone who owns an Apple Pencil! ... show more

I love this carrying case and I definitely loved the price I got it for (under $15). It is very sleek and has small compartments for everything I would need for the apple pencil (minus a slot or section for the wire, but that's okay). It isn't worth 5 stars yet because the slots for the pen cap makes it a little hard to take out. I would have to flip the case upside down for the cap to fall out. Also, the lid attracts a lot of dust/lint because of the kind of material it's made of. It's not a big deal most of the time, but there are several times, where it got overwhelmingly dusty/linty and I find myself having to rub off the dust/lint. Extremely happy I stumbled across this product. Keeps my apple pencil protected and in place. keeps all the bits and bobs together, magnetic cover stays on even in my bag, and it looks great - much better than keeping everything in the original box like I had been... It feels natural to just drop the apple pencil into the stand-up holder at the end. If you have a grip for the pencil I'm not sure if it'll work, it's a pretty snug fit with nothing on it. my grip is chunky (by UpperCase) so I take it off when storing. If I was feeling nitpicky I would like to have little grippie nubs on the bottom of the case, if you're working on a slanted surface the case would slide off. I had a normal cheap zip-up leather case for my Apple Pencil before this one. It worked fine but I was always worried about something being pressed up against it and damaging the pencil/tip. I was desperate for a hard case and saw this one advertised and it looked perfect. The extra slides to hold the charging adapter, pencil cap, and extra nib is a great touch that has a nice slider to keep them in place. My previous case always sat in the cup holder on my book bag from fear of something crushing it in my book bag. Now I just put this Belkin case wherever I want and know it'll be fine. Feels great and has a really nice quality and as an artist who uses the iPad and pencil every single day it's the perfect safety product for an expensive stylus. I see people complaining about how it lacks charging capabilities which is basically irrelevant. God forbid you spend 10 seconds putting the adapter on the top of the pencil, plug it in, then leave it sticking up on the convenient stand.
