We were looking for an affordable yet functional smart toilet seat that was more functional than a bidet and had heated seat and warm water functionality and this model exceeded our expectations. The heated seat has become our most cherished feature, especially during the winter months. The addition of warm water elevates the experience to a new level of comfort. The setup was straightforward, as demonstrated in the installation video. We did encounter an issue with our supply line being a different size than the connection provided with the seat. However, this was easily resolved by purchasing two adapters. Our supply line was non-standard (1/2"), but the included pipe is standard for most installations. The positioning options are versatile and accommodate everyone in the family. The side panel is intuitive and easy to use once you familiarize yourself with the controls. The air dryer function is effective and adds to the overall convenience. The soft-closing lid and LED light are luxurious touches that we appreciate. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this smart toilet seat. It offers exceptional comfort and functionality at an affordable price. We can't imagine going back to a regular seat after this experience. Highly recommended!

I'm changing my review from 3 stars to 5. The product is amazing but the customer service is so amazing. Intially my product was damaged for whatever reason. So i contacted them and they took care of me and sent me a whole new one! I can tell they really care about putting out quality and making things right. Some thi g I will point out thag i really love aboit this product is the heated seat feature, although if you put it too high you start to smell a plastic smell but the 1st setting for the seat warmer is great no smell or anything and it feels really nice. I know it may seem unnecessary but trust me when i say, sitting on an already warm seat is something you didnt even know you needed to have to have a great experience,. Also It heats up the water really well like super quick, like even before it makes contact with you it's already warm, no cold tush. The dryer is OK it's not going to eliminate toilet paper entirely but you will definitely be using a lot less just a 3 or 4 squares of toilet paper and then use the dryer for a minute or 2 and your all set. I never installed it before but this product has several people installing it here on this page. I just used one of those videos and it was very easy. I have a very standard toilet configuration so everything fit perfectly. I didn't need to buy any adapters which is WORTH IT JUST FOR THAT FACT! This product will make you glad you got a bidet in your home for sure!

I have had a TOTO washlet for years, and I decided to add a bidet in another bathroom. I settled on the Bejoan Z1. I'd say it's about 85% of what the TOTO is, for about half of the price. The seat heating seems a bit uneven, with some slightly cooler spots. There are three settings (lo-med-hi) for almost everything - water pressure, seat temperature, water temperature, and air dryer temperature, indicated by a three segment LED. When set to the highest setting, the seat does not get as warm as my TOTO, but it should be more than adequate. I run everything on the medium setting. Like the TOTO, it can wash the front and back door if necessary (but not simultaneously). When the wash is used, there is just a split second of cooler water at the start, but it's just a hint, and the water temperature is fairly stable after that. It's an on-demand setup, which in theory can provide unlimited warm water. I tested it by turning off the bidet water heater and the water got cold within two seconds. It warmed up within a couple of seconds when the water heater was switched back on. The dryer is a nice feature, and one that my TOTO model doesn't have. My TOTO also does not have the LED night-light. The Bejoan Z1 is packed with features, especially for the price. The overall build quality and refinement is not quite TOTO-level, but still quite good. The instructions (both for installation and for operation) are typical for what I've seen of other Chinese products - adequate, but sometimes a bit confusing and not at the level of detail that I would like to see. Regarding installation, the bidet is no worse than any other brand. It ties into the water supply for the toilet, but you will need a power outlet within three or four feet of the toilet - and not many throne rooms are so equipped. I was worried that I'd have to make a trip to the hardware store for the water fittings, but everything I needed was in the box. YMMV. I'm not thrilled about the beeping. It beeps when sat on. It beeps when no longer sat on. It beeps when any of the function buttons is pressed. The beeping itself is not the issue as much as the volume. It's too loud. It would be nice to have a volume control. The beep can be disabled by pressing and holding the rear wash and water temperature buttons until a beep sound is heard (about two seconds). Another problem is that the sensor that detects the presence of someone sitting on it is on the left side. This is a disadvantage for a left-handed person.
