I purchased this for my one year old grandson to have something to sit on or lie on as we have hardwood floors. The padding underneath this is very good, pretty thick, and that is what I like about it. The down side is that the fur isn't as thick as it looked in the advertisement. Also, the smell is pretty strong. I put it outside for an entire day, and I thought it was gone, but after a day inside, it came back. So I decide to throw this in the wash. I washed in on the bulky setting which has a gentler spin cycle, used a laundry soap that is neutral, and it is drying outside. I think it will be ok now. The rug held up well in the wash. Not a bad purchase for the price. That is why I gave it 4 stars. The biggest down side was the smell.

This fuzzy rug is super soft. It’s flimsy, so if it gets too dirty it could possibly be washed on a gentle cycle and hung to dry. It’s not stiff and hard like a normal area rug. It has a thin layer of padding so it’s a little squishy to walk/sit on (nice feel). My daughter loves it and immediately rolled around and made a carpet angel the first time she saw it. :)

Cute rug and got it on sale. I put it under my daughter’s day bed so she can lay in her “club house” on something soft. There is some cushion. The only issue is that it doesn’t vacuum well. I have to pick it up and shake it out. It’s very lightweight and doesn’t move around on the floor, so safe for children to walk on. I love that it doesn’t shed.

This is a great rug! Thinner but the perfect texture and very deep. There is a smell when it comes out of the package but baking soda and a vacuum cleaner on low did the trick!

I've had this rug about 4 to 5 months now. It's not really what I was expecting, more like a really thick blanket with anti slip dots on the bottom. It came in an incredibly small package, all folded up and vacuum sealed. As of today, the fold lines are still visible, despite everything I've tried. The top seems slippery when walking across it. I also bought sticky pads for the corners to keep it from moving, but haven't needed to use them, as walking fast on it seems like a bad idea. BUT - the foam and rug material are soooo soft and squishy!!! Every time I walk across it, it makes me stop and smile, and my feet are so happy!! How can that not be worth 5 stars?!! Seriously, I wouldn't buy it for a busy area, especially if you have children, but it has held up great so far and I love it!!
