We have an eight-year-old girl and a ten-year-old boy (plus two more that don't play into this review) who couldn't wait to get the box opened when this game arrived. They took turns playing different games until the battery died. Speaking of the battery, instead of having to purchase a bunch of batteries for this handheld game device, it has an internal rechargeable battery. There are tons of games contained in the memory card (139 games according to the box) that are great for kids of so many ages, and some can even be fun for their parents to play with as well.😂 Because of the red and blue design, some of their friends thought that we got them a Switch, but this handheld is actually affordable, comes with plenty of games to keep their attention, the case seems durable, a quality resolution screen, and long battery life, all at a good price. I got this for my God Daughter who is 6. She LOVES it. Her dad likes to play video games and she is now sitting next to him as he plays his game. It comes charged and it has a wire to charge it with. There are a lot of games for her to play and see what she likes. I think the biggest thing is that she loves sitting with her daddy on a same system to looks like it's for big kids. Right now she isn't good at playing any of these games, but she is enjoying the time she is learning and how her dad is showing her how to handle the controls. I love the interaction she is having with her dad and I love the way she is enjoying this toy!

The media could not be loaded. This Beico 32 Bit kids handheld device preloaded with 139 video games can certainly keep kids entertained for hours upon hours. The battery life in it is fairly good. Once fully charged, kids in my family playing it drained it in about 4 hours (they were playing it incessantly during such time, but may have taken a few pauses here and there). The internal battery has about 600mAh so getting about 4 hours of constant use seems about right for the battery size. It did recharge quickly, within about 2 hours using the charging cord that comes with it. Importantly, the charging cord has a USB-Type A plug on one end and a Micro USB plug on the other end (the end that plugs into this console). It has plenty of games (139 games to be precise) on it that are categorized into four different categories (casual, puzzle, shoot, and sports) and children can easily have plenty of fun playing some of such games. It doesn't have the best quality video games by modern standards in terms of graphics or game play, but they are good enough for entertainment and challenge purposes. The puzzle category of games does have some games that I think can help to improve a child's mental dexterity and perception and could even be helpful for some adults to play. The console itself is lightweight and easy to use, but it does feel slightly fragile such that I am concerned that a child dropping it 3-4 feet on the ground could break or damage it. Adults may want to ensure kids use this carefully so as to not drop, break, or damage it. Given the wide variety of games on this and the content of such games, I think this product could be enjoyed by kids of any age over 2 years old and even that adults can enjoy it. Because it only has one song on it (an instrumental upbeat song with no lyrics), I do think kids would get tired of hearing such song, and I deducted one star in rating this product due to the lack of music variation. Fortunately, this does have a volume button to use to turn the volume off so the kids can listen to other music. In sum, this is a great little console with a large variety of games that kids in my family enjoyed playing and which I reasonably believe kids in other families can and will enjoy playing also.

We got this for a road trip to keep kids busy and this one served the purpose. It's easy to start using it for kids and has a variety of games that you can switch around on. The playtime was about a couple of hours from a factory charge. It's easy to recharge and holds power well. The one thing we noticed that when are batteries are almost discharged the display powers off but the music still plays. The controls are responsive and the build quality seems robust so far. Overall a good gift for younger and older kids with a wide assortment of games.
