I was able to set this tent up, in the dark, for the first time very easily! Did not leak at all when we got poured on throughout the night. We stayed warm and dry all night. Plenty of room for my adult size teenager, younger son, myself along with all our clothes/bedding and air mattress. No issues with it shifting or flapping in the wind. My favorite part was how open the ceiling was when we could remove rain guard. Sleeping under the stars was breathtaking without having to deal with mosquitoes. This tent held up nice and dry under a torrential downpour of rain. Not a single leak in the water cover. It’s very large as well, I’m 6’1” and could stand in the middle of the tent with room to spare . A queen size air mattress fit with room for another if needed. Definitely recommend for the money as a casual camper ... show more

If it's warm and not raining, leaving the fly cover off makes it as open as being outside. Except for the door, everything about about 2 ft is open screening. It's great to lay on my back and look up at the trees and sky. Regarding putting it up, the first time, even with the video, was a struggle. The second time was much easier, and the third time it was easy and only took about 10 minutes. Be sure to put it up in your yard a couple of times before taking it to a campsite. ... show more

This tent was very spacious, easy to set up. However, we’re not sure it’s going to last a very long time. My son is working on his eagle and is very well-versed in camping and set up. This tent blows a lot in the wind, even when staked securely into the ground. The zipper catches on the front flap as well, so you have to be a little careful when you’re opening and closing it. There’s a little overhang of fabric that gets hung up in the zipper. It slept four of us - two with cots very comfortably. It's fairly easy to put up and take down once you get some help, first time assembling it I did it my self and it took me little more than 20min, I'm only 5feet tall and miserable 115lb, and pick high of this tent 6'4" so I had to get a chair to clip couple of clips on the top and to put on a rain fly. Two people set up and take down about 5min, 10min tops. But once inside, it is huge to say the least. Using the with of the tent we were able to put two full mattress on one side and on the other side two cots with space left over for bags along with that two big dogs, and space to go in and out of the tent without tripping on anything or anyone. Quality of the tent is decent with fair use it should last, the body and the rain fly water RESISTANT not water proof and the seems don't have any sealant on so I presume it will leak. The ventilation is good because it has three of the four sides are mess but visibility very limited with the rain fly on, it has no windows except for the front door zip up window, so if you want to stargaze at night you just take off rain fly. Polls are thin fiberglass all 3 of them, two long once for the main body and one short for the front of the door, so be just a little careful because the feel like they will snap. With all of that said bottom line is, it's good for the size, budget start up tent that should last you if you don't abuse it. I hope that helps 🙂 ... show more

Easy to set up and take down directions were clear to follow. Cant really stand up in at, and I'm 5ft tall. This is more like a one or two person tent.

Very easy set up with, had it up and secured within 30 minutes. Advertised as a 4 person tent, but could only fit one full size air mattress, definitely only comfortable for 2 people. Didn't rain so I cannot speak to that. Zippers were good but a little hard to use. Front window only with the rain guard on. Storage in the right side and in the top. Easy to take down and the bag is larger so didn't have a problem getting everything back in, this is a big plus in my opinion. I am going to order another tent for our next trip so I can have one and my daughter can have her own. Excellent tent for one person. ... show more
