I bought this to replace an old HP Pavilion Tower PC. Here's the thing. At first, soon after starting, the screen on my primary monitor, an old HPw1858 with a VGA port, kept going intermittently black. I kept searching via my old PC for possible causes. The Beelink Techs replied to my inquiry via Amazon's message center, and they agreed with Youtube experts who suggested the culprit could be a faulty DP to VGA cable. I bought a short DP to VGA adapter made by STARTECH [link below] and used my monitor's old HP cable to complete the connection...because I knew the old cable would work if I could adapt the DP port to a VGA cleanly. Immediately after making this change, the BEELINK SER5 5700U Mini PC performed [and continues to perform] PERFECTLY! It's silent, lightning fast, 4k videos and Youtube are awesome both if viewed on my old monitor or via the HDMI outlet to a 40" HD Spectre TV. I've has no problems with the unit. I'm not a gamer so I can't say anything about that. On the other hand I set it up on my TV to replace my Raspberry Pi. It works great with Windows 11 pre installed. I do most of my personal computing with it now. It runs Kodi with no problem I recommend it highly.

This is my 3rd Beelink mini pc. They are terrific for my employees. Value, Size, power for desktop use and some streaming/video playback. Highly recommend! I was able to find driver updates on the beelink website, but it took some digging to find my model number. I am hopeful the organization/cataloging of drivers will improve, similar to Dell or HP support web sites. An audo-update app would be a nice improvement!

I started replacing a lot of our aging desktops at work with mini PCs, mainly from Minisforum. The Miniforums I had been getting almost doubled in price, so I looked at Beelink as my first choice alternative. Close to the same form factor and specs and they are great little mini PCs. My only complaint in the comparison between Beelink and Miniforums is that Miniforums uses USB-C for power where Beelink uses a barrel plug. I would prefer USB-C which would be much easier to replace the power supply if something went wrong. Hopefully Beelink will switch to type C in the future and I would look at them as my overall top choice as they do have a bit better specs for the money over Minisforums.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to upload unboxing video with accessories now. I will add performance report later. The size is very good. I like the mesh top. It is very easy to upgrade with only needing to remove 9 screws that are all the same size. You can put an M.2 as well as 2.5" SSD in at the same time for boosted storage. Performance is not quite up to what is advertised. You can see from my pictures what my benchmarks consisted of and that was in a controlled 70° room. Even with that said, it is an incredible machine with such a small form factor. I wouldn't mind seeing a full 120mm fan to cool components even if it means it gains a few mm. It fits great on the back of a monitor with the included bracket. power draw under load only reaches about 75 watts max but idols at about 12 to 17 on balanced settings.

This worked well right out of the box. Very little setup, and I use it with a 27-inch Asus monitor. I do a lot of intense engineering simulations, and this smoked my i7 laptop with 64 GB of DDR4 memory and spinning drive. The internal solid-state NVMe drive and the DDR5 RAM definitely helps with intense work loads. I bought a Crucible 32-GB DDR5 RAM module from Amazon, and replaced one of the two 16-GB RAM modules. It was easy to do -- 7 screws all together to get to the memory. This gave me 48-GB of RAM. I then added another 1-TB SATA drive from Amazon for extra storage. They made this even easier to do. I would consider this as one of my better computer purchasing experiences.

Este Beelink SER6 Pro no tiene el mismo rendimiento (muy por debajo) que otros Beelink SER6 Pro que compré anteriormente de la misma referencia y características técnicas, falta una tapa de repuesto que viene en la caja, se calienta y es mas lento.
