So when I received this I thought no way is this XXL and then I opened the small compressed rolls and OMG! I let it sit for 2 days to ensure it was fully done expanding..let me tell you my dog already knew what was up! He impatiently waited for me to put it in the cover and once I laid it down..not 1 but 2 large dogs climbed in and tried to claim it as there own. My 120lb small pony of a dog lays comfortably across this and already on the first morning after his first new bed sleep he was walking better and moving better off the start! Now I have to buy 2 more for the others so i don’t have to referee over who gets the new bed! I’m happy and so are all the dogs! No funny smell, great size ( SO LARGE!) only complaint is the “pillow” border was a tad messed up and uneven but dogs not complaining and they’re loving it! For size reference the big black dog is 120lb and the bulldog is 85lb…if they wanted too they could share this massive bed! ❤️ Hope this helps!

Update. The vendor has token care of the problem, I appreciate their outstanding customer service. My 80#, 9 year old GSD does love this bed. He particularly likes the extended couch back on it and I wonder why I always bought flat beds before. **************** It did not come with the waterproof liner detailed in the ad. This was the grey bed. I have a 9 year old GSD. We need that waterproof liner. Please send it to us. “Waterproof & Easy Care: The durable foam mattress is encased in a waterproof liner to fully protect the foam from spills, water damage, or accidents. Remove the zippered cover in seconds and machine wash for easy care.” My dog likes it but I’m a little iffy due to the missing liner.

The XL is huge, much bigger than I anticipated. We have a German shepherd/Lab mix and it recommend the XL. He has tons of room to spread out, we could have easily sized down but he seems happy with it. It arrived with the foam and outter layer rolled up and vacuum sealed. After unraveling everything, and starting to assemble it, I noticed a tear on the side. I was a bit disappointed by this. It makes me worry about longevity. This thing would have been an absolute pain to try and return, so I did my best to stitch it. This was also challenging, since I couldn't get at it from the inside. Also, the bed outer material is more gloss/velvety then the picture shows. Overall though the bed is nice, my 5'4 frame can curl up with my puppers and it's pretty comfy. It functions like it should and is warm. I like that it's washable. My dog hasn't tried to pee in it which is good, because im worried it would absorb into the padding below and ruin everything. So, let's hope we never cross that bridge and it continues to smell like dog and not pee!

I bought the Bedsure XL Orthopedic Dog Bed for my giant dog… but apparently this is now a community bed. Not only do my dogs love it, but my cat has fully claimed it, too. All of my animals pile onto this thing and even snuggle together — which never happens. This bed is basically bringing world peace to my household. The only hiccup was getting the foam into the cover. It was a bit of a wrestling match, and I’m already mentally preparing for when I have to wash it again. BUT me and my daughter managed it, and once it’s on, it fits great. Otherwise? Fantastic bed. Super comfy, super sturdy, and very loved. Highly recommend.

I RARELY write reviews, but I absolutely had to rate this product. This dog bed is absolutely perfect for a very large 90+lb pitbull and her 12lb kitty best friend to chill on together. This bed offers my dog space to lay down any way she wants, and I am so impressed with the thickness and the comfort it offers her--especially while she is injured and waiting for surgery on her torn ligament in her back leg, which is happening very soon. The color also perfectly matches my living room, and I plan on getting a couple of the smaller size ones in different colors for our bedrooms so she has a comfy place to lay in there too, since she cannot easily hop up on our beds at this time. This bed will also be wonderful for her after she heals because she absolutely loves this thing. It is worth every penny.

I bought this for my senior Toy Poodle and she seems to be very comfy on it. While the little dog likes it, my 80lb Boxer LOVES it: This big, silly dog has figured out how to curl up perfectly on this bed and sleeps HARD. I've only had to wash once so far, but it was fairly easy to disassemble and wash. After one cycle of low-heat drying, I had no problem getting the foam pad back in.
