When I got these I was super surprised in how they shipped. They were rolled up super tight into a roll and then once opened expanded into decently sized pillows. They are super soft but still have some give to them. In addition, they keep their shape after you sleep with them and don't become floppy or flat. If you constantly get a stiff neck from pillows that are too firm or lumpy, look no further! These pillows are very soft, not too firm, but still fluff up nicely. Had Bedsure packaged their product adequately, I would have two nice new pillows. Instead, in what I’m sure is a negligent effort on their packaging department’s efforts, I have one nice new pillow, and a polyester lining spewing its entrails. You see, what they lack is a piece of cardboard between the taped seam on the box, and your precious pillows inside. Upon receiving the package, I opened it as most would (with a small controllable sharp edge). What I didn’t expect, was that the condensed pillows had nothing buffering between them and the tape. So, as I cut the tape, the pillow inside pressed tightly against the surrounding box, cut as well. I emailed Bedsure about this, they asked me for a picture, and tracking number, both which I provided. Yet, more than half a month later, they have yet to respond with anything. All I wanted was them to replace the pillow, not both, just one, because who opens a box from both ends to destroy two pillows? I even suggested a simple piece of cardboard between the tape and the pillow would mitigate this from occurring again... a piece that would likely cost them less money than you’d find walking down a sidewalk for half a minute to your neighbors. Yet, no response. I worked 12 years in customer service, and I have to say, Bedsure’s is one of the worst I’ve ever incurred. So, when you open those pillows, make sure you don’t use a sharp edge at all... peel that tape from the cardboard, even if it destroys your fingers, otherwise you’ll be swimming in stuffing, and without a place to rest your head for the night/day... whenever you lay your head down. ... show more

These are great pillows! They come rolled and I was a little scared that they wouldn't be good pillows but I was fooled. Once rolled out they were fluffy and soft. The pillows form to tour body which really helped me sleep better. They are comfortable in any position! Also, they are hypoallergenic which is awesome for me.
