I decided it was time to buy pillows that were better quality than Walmart. I was sick of trying to wash those pillows and ruining them. I have already had to wash one due to a dog vomiting on one and it washed very well. It was in a front load machine. We will see how they do in a smaller top load machine. This is a great pillow, but I had to cut a small slit in the seam and pull out quite a bit of the filling. It was way too high for me. But after “customizing” it to my liking, I really love it! It keeps me cool, and the material is very comfortable and soft!
