Edit on first review: I contacted customer service about it and they were very fast and polite. They are sending me a replacement set. The are great to work with. I slept a full night on the pillows last night and they felt amazing. Always stayed fluffy and never sunk down all the way. I usually have tension headaches when I sleep "wrong" so I have been trying out all kinds of pillows. tempurpedic pillows included. These pillows, to me, are better than those 100+ pillows. Love love love! Will be buying from them again. Great products and great customer service. This pillow feels amazing and is super comfy. especially for the price, I was not let down. The only downside is that they came with black scuff marks on them. I just got them in the mail today and they came like this. I have tried putting it in the washing machine and it wont come out. If they didnt come dirty i would give a 5 star. ... show more
