Comfort & Support – A Night-and-Day Difference: Before getting this bed, I had some small mats for my office cubicle while waiting for the second bed to arrive. My guide dog, Odette, didn’t seem to enjoy them at all—she kept popping up, nudging me, and acting like she just wasn’t comfortable. At first, I thought it was just nerves from being in a new place, but when I set up this bed in my cubicle, she immediately laid down and was snoring within minutes. Now, she doesn’t get up until I prompt her to! That was all the confirmation I needed that this bed provides *real* comfort and support. Size & Fit: I got the large size for Odette, who is a 57-pound female Labrador Retriever, and it’s big enough for her to completely sprawl out. It’s spacious without being too bulky, making it a great fit for both home and the office. Setup Experience: One of the beds I ordered arrived fully assembled—all I had to do was open the packaging and put the mattress into the cover. However, the one for my office was completely dismantled, and I had to put everything together myself. It took me a few minutes to figure out what went where, but I was able to set it up in under ten minutes without sighted assistance! This is a great option for blind/VI dog handlers who might be worried about complex assembly. Material & Durability: The bed is well-made and sturdy. The cover is soft yet durable, and I love that it’s removable and washable—an absolute must for any dog owner. The foam holds its shape well, providing consistent support. Slip Resistance: Another thing I appreciate is that it stays in place. Unlike some beds that slide around on hard floors, this one remains stable, which is important for a working dog who needs a reliable, secure resting spot. Final Thoughts: This bed is absolutely worth the price. It’s comfortable, supportive, easy to clean, and built to last. But the real test? My guide dog’s reaction. Seeing her go from restless and uncomfortable to deeply relaxed and snoring told me everything I needed to know. My 2 medium / large dogs absolutely love this bed. It very large & they have room to spread out. They both can lay on it at the same time. It’s even big enough for you to lay on it with your dog. They sleep & lay on it for hours. It’s durable & hasn’t lost the thickness like most dog beds do when they’re used a lot. They do play in it & it’s held up very well. The function of the cover doesn’t come off to clean it but it can be cleaned with a steam cleaner. It’s soft, it’s safe because it doesn’t have rough edges, & the color is nice.

I can’t say enough good things about the Bedsure Orthopedic Dog Bed! My puppy would sleep with us but then I noticed she would leave in the middle of the night for her own bed. Her bed in the living room is too big for my bedroom but super plush and was looking for a smaller version. Couldn’t find it and stumbled upon this. Literally opened it and put it at the side of my bed and she laid down immediately. Make me so happy. The bed is perfect for her (she’s 7 pounds and about 15 inches long). The bed is well-constructed, with a plush, soft cover that’s both cozy and durable. I love that the cover is removable and machine-washable—it makes keeping it clean super easy. Plus, the non-slip bottom is a thoughtful touch, especially on hardwood floors. If you’re looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and supportive bed for your dog, the Bedsure Orthopedic Dog Bed is worth every penny. Five stars all the way!

Got this bed for my almost 11-year-old golden retriever and he loves it. As he’s gotten older, he’s needed more support for his joints. The orthopedic foam is thick and comfortable, and the bolster sides are perfect for him to rest his head. From the moment I set it up, he climbed right in and made himself at home—now it’s his favorite spot. It’s really well-sized for a large dog, and the XL (42”) gives him plenty of room to stretch out. The cover comes off easily and washes well. I also appreciate the waterproof lining, just in case. The only small downside is that the bolsters could be a little firmer, but they still do the job. If you have a senior or large dog, I highly recommend this bed. It’s well-made, comfortable, affordable compared to some of the other beds I looked at!
