Description
The egg crate foam does not rebound or rebounds slowly after unpacking. How can I fix it? This is common in cooler temperatures. For faster rebound, please place the foam in a warm, ventilated area to fully expand before inserting it into the cover. This allows the foam to expand fully, ensuring a proper fit with the cover. The foam is uneven or arched. What should I do? Gently fold the foam in the opposite direction of the arch and press firmly several times. This helps release internal stress and allows the foam to reshape naturally. For best results, allow it to fully expand in a warm, ventilated space before use. The cover tends to collect pet hair and is difficult to clean due to static. Any suggestions? To maintain the cover, we recommend using a lint roller or pet hair remover to remove hair and debris before washing. This reduces static buildup and keeps the cover fresh. For washing, please avoid high heat to preserve fabric quality. Is this dog bed chew-resistant? No, this dog bed is not chew-resistant. To ensure your pet's safety and product durability, we recommend selecting a pad specifically made with durable, chew-resistant materials if your dog tends to chew on bedding. Quality and appearance.
Size: 44"L x 32"W x 3"Th
Color: Dark Green
My dog appears to be comfortable and loves this bed. I purchased the XL bed for her even though she is only 55 lbs. It is a perfect fit. She has long legs so when she stretches out, she needs the extra room. Easy to clean and the bed is thick enough, so my dog does not sink into the bed.

My dogs love!
Size: 44"L x 32"W x 3"Th
Color: Dark Green
I purchased this bed after all three of my beds from my local pet store fell apart in the wash after one use. I only purchased one to test it out, and we love it! My dogs fight over it constantly, and sometimes they will share it if they're feeling friendly. The bed is exactly what we needed - durable, good for their joints and water resistant. We have already needed to wash the cover twice. It came off and was able to be put back on with ease. It cleaned beautifully and did not shrink or tear, which seems to be rare for dog beds these days. My two german shepherd puppies and my village mix love it. We will be buying more so they all have their own :)

My dog loves it!
Size: 30"L x 20"W x 3"Th
Color: Dark Green
I got this dog bed as a travel bed for my dog, so it is a little smaller than what she'd normally sleep on. As soon as I set it up, she tried it out and seems to love it. It is obviously comfortable and supportive for her old joints. The color and fabric are very nice. It's exactly as described, and light enough for us to take it on trips with us. Fits well in the car as well.

He loves it!
Size: 44"L x 32"W x 3"Th
Color: Dark Green
Our 14-year-old doodle has never had a real bed. Over the last few months, he has been reluctant to jump up on the sofa, so I decided he needed a bed. The first day he just lied down next to his new bed. He got a little braver on the second day and by the 3rd day, he's a fan. We got the green cover, and it fits in with our living room. I have not needed to wash it so I don't know how that will go. It was definitely a good purchase, and I would buy it again.

Extremely inconsistent thickness and crooked
Size: 44"L x 32"W x 3"Th
Color: Dark Green
I love the cover for the pad, but the pad itself was shockingly inconsistent in thickness, it was thick and wonderful on one half but the other end of the pad was seriously almost half the thickness!! And it was not a rectangle with right angles, it was cut extremely poorly like it was done in a sweat shop. It cut like at least an inch from both ends of one side of the pad, it was definitely not straight lines, it was cut crazy and you can see by looking with the naked eye. I'm shocked they sell these like this. Maybe it's not supposed to be this way?? But it was insanely inconsistent. A true shame because I love the pad covering and in the thick area it's truly soft and comfortable. It's wonderful! But literally the other end of the pad is like flattened out and seriously thin and very much Useless and uncomfortable....... I feel like this was some kind of wish or temu item, just super super poorly cut eggcrate padding is what this comes down to. If they used a machine they need to recalibrate it and if a human did this they aren't doing a good job lol. This pad is a mess. I'm going to have to ask for a replacement that's actually a rectangle with straight lines and right angles and an evenly thick pad. I'm not being weird about this, it was truly shocking, the pad is like twice as thick on one end then the other!!! I want to love this so bad because the covers are really cute, I got this large green one and a smaller blue one, plus another bigger blue one coming tomorrow. But these are both poorly cut pads, and I'm afraid the one getting here tomorrow might seriously suck too. The large green one is a lot worse though. The little blue one has a pad that's not perfect like I would hope, but it's acceptable. The big green one I'm afraid is not acceptable. The covers would have gotten a good rating, but these pads are a joke, they're not even worth one star. Who wants their dog to lay down on an inconsistent uncomfortable surface when I can literally just try a different company that will have a little integrity and make a pad that doesn't look like Helen Keller cut it? This was shocking. I hate to get a refund, I just want a replacement, but I'm scared, I think they simply sell these monstrosities as normal. I don't know. I'm so surprised and confused. This can't be normal. How can people accept such a ridiculously poor quality pad?? And now I have to haul this big thing to Staples to return. What a nightmare. I'll never go with this brand again, but it sucks because if the green one just had a decent consistent pad, I would have felt SO much better about this.
