I don’t care how weird you think these look cause they do I don’t care how odd do you think these might be to wear because they are this is crazy that these work I mean after a day I’m wearing shoes wear your toes are kind of squished together, which is dangerous by the way as you get older those toes are gonna stick like that unless you use something like this when I first got I was like yeah no that’s not. That’s weird. They’re kind of pricey for what they are, but until you try them, you’ll be blown away and then they’re worth every penny trust me a good purchase if your toes are trying to become hammered or turning into each other a little bit which is called hammertoes you put these on it literally Changes the way your toes are move are growing her direction. They are in or whatever anyway I can’t even describe it but honestly check it out. They’re great. I’m 63. I could see that through my Tennis Shoes that there were two of my toes like the knuckles on my toes were pointing up and you could see a bump that was my knuckle my toe knuckle if there is a thingwell imagine how that feels at the end or maybe just a short walk that bone would be rubbing against the top of the inside and you have to admit if you take those 10 shoes off at the end of the day a little bit of relief you wiggle your toes around. They’re happy to be out of a tight shoe or a narrow shoe maybe not a tennis shoe but but if you were to put these on like just while you’re watching TV or something like 1520 minutes every day you retrain your toes not to try to move into each other which they’re just looking for some comfort when they start to grow that way, actually they’re they’re kind of stuck that way anyway it’s a great promise you I promise you you will not be sorry even after one time wearing these and then it will occur you to wear them more because for like 10 minutes it works shockingly amazing absolutely worth every penny funny looking comfortable but do the trick. I can’t believe they even make something like this is crazy. Trust me you’ll like them.

Great Product

I really love them. I’ve had them about a year and I don’t wear them consistently, but I can tell an immediate difference when I do. I’ve been making an effort to wear them more and the stretch my toes get is immediate and so relieving. I’m 36 and no issues other than tailor’s bunions on both my 5th metatarsals, which is like bunions but on your little toe. Ive had them since I was a pre-teen and I know NOW it’s cuz my feet are wide and I was always shoving my feet into too small shoes. I used to get consistent nerve pain shooting up from that bone, up my legs. Once switching to wide toe barefoot shoes, sizes up from what I used to wear before (I thought I was a size 7-7.5, now I consistently buy 8.5 or bigger) and also using the smaller toe spacers (the ones you can walk in) and these, over the last 4 years, the nerve pain has stopped. There is no improvement in the bunions, but at least the nerve pain is gone, and like I said I do t wear these consistently to say they don’t correct the bunions if I did do it consistently, but the relief is immediate, and worth it, like I said. It’s like stretching your toes. I’ve seen (working in nursing facilities) how horrible people’s toes can look at an old age, twisted in unnatural directions, squished together, not able to separate them because the ligaments shorten over time. It’s really horrible and sad. Seems entirely preventable, an easy fix for a condition that could really mess up your quality of life in your geriatric years, to just use something like this and barefoot shoes and give your toes a good stretch and room to splay and work those little muscles in barefoot shoes throughout the day instead of squishing them together like a mummy in a cast and stomping around.

I LOVE Yoga Toes!

I am a yoga teacher and an avid runner and Yoga Toes are one of my favorite tools! I would not go without them! I know how important our feet are in yoga, in running and in life! After all - who wants foot pain?! You can go get all the snazzy pedicures you want, but if your feet and legs hurt - what’s the point? Yoga toes are gentle yet effective. You might feel like it’s torture the first time - especially if your feet and toes really are tight but start out a little at a time and you will be surprised at the results! Over time the tension will subside and your feet and legs will have some relief. I would say foot pain is one of the biggest reasons people are sidelined from running. Foot pain is miserable! Do something proactive so you can feel better. Yoga helps with our toes and feet as well, and Yoga Toes reinforces this practice. I personally used to have hammer toes and a he beginnings of bunions when I first began practicing yoga. My feet steadily improved. Back then I didn’t know about Yoga Toes. Once I found them I wished I had had them sooner. It was actually my mom who introduced me to Yoga Toes and I’ve used them ever since. I run half marathons so I encounter lots of foot tightness. These have helped me prevent plantar fasciitis as well! This is one more awesome tool I recommend for your self care and stretching/ strengthening regimen! Great quality product, reasonably priced, very durable and easy to use. The gel is soft so it is not harsh on your right feet. You can even walk around with them on. Great product and gives great results if used regularly. I recommend daily if possible.

Aggressive but work well for foot pain

These have longest from any other toe separator I've used. I use them to help realign my toes and tarsals maybe 1 or twice a week and it helps alleviate foot pain. They have worked well at this. These are very aggressive and would recommend only using them while sitting down or lying in bed. Normally 1-2hr session does the trick. Keep in mind while they are on, they act more like a stretching exercise than instant pain relief.

Comfortable for My Feet into My Calves

I have a women's size 10, regular to wide foot. Reading through the directions, I found these were easy to use. When I first removed them from the package, they seemed like a sticky gel. The directions recommended wetting them to more easily put them between the toes. That worked like a charm. When looking at the website, they suggest, too, to have some toe socks (they sell injinji toe socks on the YogaToes website). Those also seem to help hold them in place for the recommended time. I have some planar fasciitis pain as well as some pain from an old sprain and neuropathy. These were not particularly painful, more like a really good stretch. I left them in for the first time for 10 minutes. My feet feel a little better, like a good stretch. I question if the product will last for a long time. Not because it's a poor quality but because its material is one that may break down over time. This seems like it's not bad to replace every so often with them going on your feet. All in all, though, these felt really good on. I'll be doing a little research on recommended use (daily, weekly, etc.) and duration of session. If you have some mild foot pain, I'd highly recommend these for a good stretch.

I love these toe separators. Not only do they look cool, but they help keep my toes straight and feet feeling good. I wear them almost every night for 30-60 min with my feet propped up while i read. If you've never worn them before, they might hurt at first, but your toes and feet will adjust quickly the more you use.

I can see why it is ranked very high with many reviews now. I "upgraded" myself to these YogaToes, and I've only wore it last night for a little while, this morning I got out of bed and I noticed all my toes are wanting to stay farther apart, which is great. I had 3 other pairs of different kinds, 1.5 of frabric one, yes half because one of them apparently was for 1 feet only. But I tent to forget to use them. Did bought anther toe spacer which works well, which got me into the habit of doing so, but that toe separator after over a month of use, I noticed #345 space is good, but between 1&2 spacer isn't doing much to stick my big toe out. Which is why I finally noticed and got this YogaToes. So apparently other than the cute Gems design, they did put a lot of thoughts into what might help with toe spacings. I thought would be hard plastic, but it is more gel like, and it comes in a clear package which I can reuse and keep them insight by out of dust (others come in tiny paperbox, so end up lost or pick up dust laying around). Overall though this is more expensive, but I'm happy with the end result so far.

Good but limiting

I've worn the Toe Stretchers brand for years but wanted a second pair for home - I often wear them at work and just slip into some barefoot loafers if a client comes in and I need to look normal. Ordered the YogaToes based on a review search but they aren't comfortable to walk around in but their stretch is better. I like something I can move around in so the Toe Stretchers are better all around.
