We have a Great Pyrenees livestock guard dog. He’s getting old. Nearly deaf and his arthritis is bad. Summer is always hard for a Great Pyrenees. They are cold weather dogs. He was suffering so much this summer that we let him in the garage under the house. I felt sorry for him laying on the cement instead of his comfy beds on the deck that have gotten too stinky to bring inside so I got him one of these because it wasn’t crazy expensive like the others and I thought it would be good enough to last him through the season. It turned out to be the best bed for him. It’s very sturdy. Not super pillowy so he doesn’t have the problems he has with the others with laying down and standing up. I recently purchased the Bedsure Dog Bed for Large Dogs, which has been an absolute game-changer for my dog. The orthopedic design of this bed is exceptional. It seems my dog wakes up refreshed and energized. The size of this bed is ideal. And it seems pretty soft. My dog is 27 pounds, I got her a large, and she has ample space to stretch out. One of the standout features of this bed is the removable and washable cover. It is incredibly convenient to remove and clean the cover, ensuring a clean and fresh sleeping surface for my dog at all times. My only issue is I thought it would be thicker but other than that it's great. The overall build quality of the Bedsure Dog Bed is excellent. The stitching is sturdy, and the materials used are of high quality. I have noticed significantly improved my dog's sleep since using this bed. With her old bed, she would eventually get up in the middle of the night to sleep on the floor, but now she sleeps through the night. What sets this bed apart from the many others I've purchased is that the cover is easy to remove and easy to put back on. Other beds I've purchased have the zipper on just one end of the bed which makes it hard to remove and put back on once it's washed. On this bed, the zipper is extends to two sides making is much easier to remove the cover and to put back together. ... show more

Although my ancient mutt (Corgi/Beagle/???) has a bed with sides as his regular nighttime sleeping spot, when he stopped being able to jump up on the sofa I needed to provide him with something soft on the floor. I bought this dog bed for my car when I have our dog with me. Sadly my dog literally tore it apart in a couple of mere minutes I had more luck turning the pillow from the soft fluffy side to the sturdier but slippery nylon back. The bed was advertised as memory foam however this is mere simple foam, really thin with the top being comparable to foam domes. I don’t hate it but I would not recommend it either. In my past experiences with dog beds, the padding is usually the first thing to go. On this one that I've had about 7 months now, the cover has been torn to shreds by my lab/pit mix. She likes to "fluff" the bed and now it has a big hole in the center of the bed. The padding is still good, so I'm going to try to reuse it in another bed. Overall the bed is nice. I had beds for my very large dogs where the whole thing had to go in the washer. And I noticed their hips seemed to be hurting more, so I thought I’d get memory foam with removable cover! Great idea, thanks mom! right? Ugh. What are THOSE?? Where are our old stinky lumpy beds?? So I’ve tried to wean them off but 4 months later they’re sleeping on the stinky lumpy beds on TOP of the convenient and comfy new beds.
