I didn't think it would work, but, just incase it did , I had to try. It was cool out of the box. That was a good sign. The first night I used it, it felt so good. Infact, early the next morning, I had to take it off, I was starting to feel a shiver. I put it aside and got under the regular covers. The part that touches you does warm up, but the part that doesn't touch your skin, stays cool. So when you move, you are touching cool blanket. Then the warm part cools off, it's like it switches back and forth. I love this blanket. As a woman who's been in menopause for 10 years, all I can say is , where was this when I was having night sweats?? I just bought the throw size, im sure the bigger sizes will have more cooling material to roll around in. It's worth every penny. I'm going to buy one for all my kids and grandkids. And another one for me!!

Due to a medical condition I'm suffering with heat intolerance. If the temp in my home gets too high I get very ill. In New England we get crazy weather temps and recently (April) we went from 30s and 40s to 50s, 60s, and 70s (then back to 39s abd 40s). Yesterday it hit 80. Because my townhouse condo has lousy insulation and does not have dual zone thermostat, my living room can be comfortable but my bedroom unbearable. I decided to try a cooling throw so I didn't commit to a larger blanket that may not work. I love this throw and I've only had it a few hours. I actually got chilly in my living room and I brought it to bed to test it out. When I went to bed it was 55 degrees outside and my bedroom was 68 degrees. Windows open too. The temp outside is now 50 and bedroom it 65 which is at the limit before I get seriously ill. This throw is keeping me cool so that I do not have a headache, I'm not having muscle cramps, not dizzy, etc. I wish I had this last night when it was too hot and I had to turn on my AC to cool things down quick (but I didn't leave on so it got warm again). I'll be getting a larger blanket for my bed.

I live in Hawaii and it gets really humid here. My mom was complaining on how hot her bed sheets were at night so I bought sheets from this brand. She absolutely loved the bed sheets and because she loved the bed sheets I decided to buy her this blanket and guess what? She loves the blanket as well! Due to menopause, she gets hot frequently and it's very uncomfortable at night when she sleeps. The bedsheets and this blanket has helped her get a better nights rest. I'm so glad I was able to make her life more comfortable.

Truly weird blanket that feels strange and artificial on one side, okay on the other. It seems to get cooler the more you handle it, and if it's on over clothes (like a throw) it's nice. On bare legs it's chilly. It's very thin and clingy, but didn't assist to be staticky. I did wash it before use because it had a very unpleasant chemical smell when though oekotex.

This blanket is so cooling, it comes with two layers of fabric, thin but exactly what I wanted. The size is great for one person, it has a very silky feel to it, which I love. And it was a great price for the blanket! I haven’t washed it yet to see how it holds up, I’ll try to update when I do.

This is a nice summer blanket or something to wrap yourself up in when watching a movie, but its warm weather. I wish I got the larger size, but the throw size works. This is great for sleeping when it is too hot for blankets but you have to keep yourself covered so the monsters under the bed don't get you.

Super thin and light weight. Does seem to warm up after time but that may be normal with this type of blanket. It’s a little pricy for the size but seems fit to actual size you pick. I am pretty picky on textures of blankets and this one is hard to notice anything so that’s a good sign. I’d say i’d wish there was more bang for the buck but if it works it works.

I've been useing this blanket for awhile and it makes such a big difference in my sleep. I do t know how it works but this blanket actually keep me cold during the summer when I'm always a hot sleeper. So.etimes its almost to cold! Very silky soft feeling and a pleasure to sleep with.
