I have an older cat and this house is perfect! Its easy for him to get into and the padding is soft and cozy. He loves to paw at the ball that hangs down. He hasn't jumped to the top, but I think thats due to his age. This house was easy to assemble, came quickly, and very well priced! I bought this XL cat bed for our 23-pound older cat, and it’s an absolute hit. The size is perfect — no cramped paws or squished whiskers here. Our big guy fits comfortably inside or sprawls on top under the blanket like a king surveying his kingdom. Big enough for 2 adult cats! Both my fur babies love using it at the same time. Both can fit up top when loafing (1 is 10lbs and the other is 12lbs). When curled up the fit on Both levels perfectly fine. The side does have a scratcher tho neither of my cats use it and instead scratch the inside lol typical cat behavior. The padding is easy to remove and clean. The padding with the board goes on the top for stability. That level is holding up even with the cats weight. I'll try to update when that stops holding them if it happens. It comes all folded up and is easy to put together. It's soft and worth the money since both my cats have been using it non-stop since I opened it. I do wish the board on top was a little thicker for more support but it's holding up well enough for now. The little puff toy comes down pretty far it's a little more than half way down the opening.

I decided to buy this item after reading all the other reviews. According to most of them they were saying it took about a week for their cat(s) to go or on top of the box. I have bought other beds and my baby never went in them but this is a "box" and she loves boxes. Imagine my surprise when this arrived and I called her and told her it was for her and she walked right up in it and went to sleep!!! First time ever. Easy to assemble it's of good quality,no chemical smell. I put the stronger board on top instead of the bottom. Feels soft and looks comfortable very private yet open. Easy to clean cat hair off of. My baby loves it and spends a lot of time sleeping in it or on top of it. I'm so glad I bought it and fact when I went to clean it the first time she got nervous and laid down on top of it thinking I was taking it away lolol and kept swatting at me with her paw. If you're looking at this buy it and buy the bigger one so there is plenty of room for play . I promise you your baby will love it! I don't write a lot of reviews!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this bed for my kitten who recently had a spay/neuter surgery a few days ago. Because of her surgery, she needed to be in a quiet, peaceful place. It worked wonders for me. Now that my kitten is recovered, my other kittens have taken over this beautiful cat bed. I love that they can use it both inside and on top. My baby cats love this bed. Its material is very durable, and the top can hold a lot of weight. Ideal for people who don't have much space and want to keep their kittens very comfortable. Ideal for: (large cats and small cats)
