For the most part this is a pretty good product. It takes very little effort to assemble, it's kind of cute, and the cats like it. Two issues: the scratching pad on the side is small and if the cats use it they end up moving the cube around, and the panels could be a little sturdier. I have a somewhat heavy cat that sleeps on top and the top panel is sagging a bit. I don't think it's going to fail soon, though, so I'm not overly dissatisfied. I'm probably going to buy a few more of these. (I have a lot of cats), so I'm certainly pleased enough with the product to continue using it. My cat absolutely loves cubby spaces and very soft blankets. The sherpa insert and top are great! My cat is a little bit of a big girl but the top is very strong and safe. It's very easy to clean and the pads are machine washable with a zipper. It's easy to collapse and reassemble. The hole is a lot bigger than I thought. The quality is sturdy and can withstand my active 2 year old cat scratching the sides and jumping on the top often. She doesn't spend much time inside, but loves the top. That could be because it's the summer. Looks like the picture and is aesthetically pleasing! Highly recommend!
