It was time to replace some pillows, so I took a chance on these, specifically because I have purchased other BedSure products, (a comforter set and a waterproof dog blanket ) and I’ve been impressed with durability. These pillows are great. Absolutely love the adjustable filling concept. Genius. Basically each pillow comes with four flatter individual inserts, and you use them all or take some out depending on your choice of heft. Everything is washable. I prefer higher, loftier, squishier pillow, and found I only need three inserts. I purchased two sets, one cotton and one polyester, and don’t notice any difference in durability or comfort. I’ve been sleeping on them a few months now and still love them. I’m storing the spare inserts and will just rotate them overtime which should extend the life of my pillows. The “fluffect” is functional. Bonus- over two sets with the inserts I’m not using? It’s like having two extra pillows. There’s another top rated pillow brand on Amazon and that was the first set of pillows I’d purchased on this site (can’t remember the name. It’s like Beckham or Hotel something) and they are good, but not as good as these pillows that I scored at a lower price point. Great buy, good value.

This pillow has actually been life changing for me!! As a side sleeper with shoulder and neck issues, I have been searching for the perfect pillow for years. Most pillows were too thin or too thick and aggravated my chronic neck and shoulder pain. I would wake-up throughout the night to readjust my pillow. When I would happen to find a pillow with the ideal thickness, it would compress within a few months and no longer provide the comfort or support I needed. The Bedsure adjustable pillow has solved the multiple pillow challenges I was experiencing. I can adjust the fill to my preferred level of pillow thickness/height, softness and support. The two inserts (one soft and one firm) that are easy to remove and replace are genius!! When my pillow is starting to compress, I just toss the inserts and pillow into my dryer for 20 minutes on fluff and my pillow returns to its original loft. I also appreciate that I can launder my pillow if needed. Lastly, I appreciate the OEKO-TEX certification as I'm also sensitive to chemicals and allergic to latex, and can't use pillows made of memory foam or latex. My Bedsure pillow hasn't triggered my allergies or produced any noxious odors. I'm now sleeping straight through the night without waking up to adjust my pillow, and I'm finally feeling well rested and pain free.

The quality and support of these pillows has been great! The filling flufs well and hasn't flattened 6months later. As a side sleeper I am loving them and think my back sleepers in family would too due to being able to choose your own thickness/firmness but I like them too much to share! They can get their own! Great value, great comfort, GREAT PILLOW!

This pillow is great. I’m a side sleeper and have dealt with neck pain for years. I’ve tried many pillows, some work for a short while others not at all. I got the cotton for a cooler feel, plus already have a cooling pillow case so can’t say if the cotton really helps that much but I can say having that extra insert that can be removed it the key to this being so comfortable. I tried without the 2 inserts and it was too flat, both were too much, one insert was just right. It fluffs up nicely for the next use and I put it in the dryer to tumble and fluff it up occasionally. Nice zipper that seems pretty sturdy. My neck pain isn’t gone, that’s not going to happen but has been greatly reduced by using this pillow. The idea you can adjust the thickness and height is what makes this pillow so great. Definitely worth the money, costs much less than many of the others that don’t help my sleep quality like this one does.

After neck and shoulder pain I bought these. Might as well have been laying on a piece of tissue paper prior. But I bought these and they are so comfortable that I very highly doubt I’ll ever get another pillow. I love these they are so comfortable, soft, supportive and are WELL worth the money. The trade off is incredible sleep, less pains from weird sleep positions and better over all mental health. Would absolutely recommend!

When I drilled down into the product description and it said cotton I believe this was a cotton pillow so just be aware if you think that you're buying a cotton pillow this is not a cotton pillow It is 100% polyester

The search is over for the perfect pillow!!! The Bedsure adjustable cotton pillow is a fantastic pillow and should be the standard for every pillow on the market. I have fibromyalgia and most of my pain settles in my neck, back and shoulders. I have been searching for a pillow that doesn't leave me in pain in the morning for several years. I've looked everywhere including a specialty store. A pillow similar to this one was $200. Since I'm a senior on a fixed income, that was not doable for me. My determination to find something similar and more affordable resulted in this purchase. I can't say enough good things about it but I will start by saying I slept through the night....over 8 hours....which I rarely do. It is possible to make the pillow exactly what you need it to be. I used the outer shell, one medium and one thin last night and it worked well. Please note when you get your pillow that the inner ones are marked "thin" and "medium". I let it air out and expand and it has no odor at all. Extra bonus is that everything is washable. All I can say is thank you so much!!!!
